Scammers

I bought a microscope from this company and it arrived with a defect in one piece of glass that renders it totally unusable. After doing some research I found out that some of their microscopes, due to storage conditions, have been affected by some type of mold that affects the glass. Despite them knowing this, I was shipped a faulty item and customer service refused to replace it "because of their policy". Do not order from them. Trash customer service, no morals

Kind customer service and nice items!

I have ordered with DFTBA (Don't forget to be awesome) a few times now, and I can tell you that their items are very fun and nice.
Recently I had some troubles with my parcel, and the customer service was very kind and helpful!
