Orders take hours to get processed so don't expect an instant buy and plays.
Their program requires you to give out your Steam login details which is a bit dodge.
They also have no cancel order option and you have to message them, which I did nearly 5 hours before they completed my order. They are now saying the order is completed so no refund possible.
Bought game at 20:30, requested refund at 22:07, they completed order at 02:44. I message them again at 07:40, they reply at 23:17 with basic broken answer.
They ignored my message to cancel the order and are now refusing to return my money. They don't appear to have a fluid English speaking customer service person to deal with their customer support either which makes things painful and they ignore half of your messages.
For the couple of $/£'s you might save it is not worth the time, risk and hassle.
