MY tablet had a hardware issue (kamvas slate 11) where it stopped reacting to touch and pen. I was really worried as I had only just gotten the tablet 3 months prior- but when I reached out they help... See more

package arrived today all ok. it was lying around Heathrow for 5 days. Not the fault of Huion they were very helpful thought I was going to buy a new monitor but they sorted out the part I needed so all ok thank you Huion
Package is 3 days late. They can't give me a straight answer to ANY question I ask, as well as waiting 3-5 days to even respond to it. I have emailed and tried there customer service chat option and the very short response I get doesn't even answer my question, and then I'm waiting 3-5 days for another response... I never spend any sort of money on myself and this experience has really made me regret doing so. Cheers Huion.

UPDATE:
After posting this, I was contacted by the support team, and clear instructions and processes have begun so that I can replace my device. I will always appreciate Huion as a company for creating quality alternatives to price locked wacom standards for drawing tablets, and I can comfortably say that I much prefer huions designs over wacom. I am hopeful about the replacement as I feel quite sure that the device I got was a dud, and odds are, it won't happen to you reading this if you are considering purchasing from huion for your drawing needs. That being said, keep in mind that past 30 days, even with warranty for replacement requests, you are expected to fufill the shipping cost for the replacement. So be mindful of warranty rules, important dates and so on. Will continue to update for transparency, but right now, I am pleased with the support, which was the only issue I had with the company.
really don’t want to switch to wacom but so discouraged by customer service
context - i bought my first pen display off huion, the Kamvas 16 pro. I loved it. This was in Aug 2024. 3 months in, I started to have issues where there were odd bubbles and streaks under the screen itself and created problems with pen use- the pen lags and loses pressure in those spots, and the sound the pen makes when i work on those spots is like scratching nails on a chalkboard(there is so much resistance that you can audibly hear it and also feel it when drawing) i contacted support on two seperate occasions with videos and explanations, however they could see no visible issues with the screen raising(?) and advised me to clean it, replace pen nibs (i did, no fix) and kept waffling about the issue, not offering any solution despite it still being within the year warranty. i gave up on their help and tried to continue using it and now (feb 2025) those spots have essentially grown to the entire screen. I contacted them about replacing it under warranty claim and haven't heard back but i can't accept this type of issue on such a new tablet. like, you'd think with competitors that are known for durability and quality, you'd want to make it easier for customers to sort their problems. I genuinly like huion designs better than wacom, and desperately want to upgrade to a new replacement or even new tablet, but i can't justify buying again cys if i have issues i know they will not help. blegh.
anyone have any similar experience or suggestion? also, if the life expectancy of these tablets are significantly shorter than wacom, i might as well make one large purchase that will last me vs constantly buying cheaper alternatives that total this amount. tbh i'm at a loss and rly sad cys i feel like i just got a dud( i know people with the same tablet who have been fine for up to 3 years of use) and i can't believe the support wont help me out.

Quick and helpful as always. Requested an invoice for tax purposes and some changes to the one issued at first (date change to reflect the order was in the old year).
The dirtiest merchants by far.
They sent me a used tablet twice

Bought Inspiroy Giano tablet - disappointed by obvious planned obsolesce.
Been using Wacom Intuos S for 10 years, still working but decided to upgrade for something bigger to avoid carpal tunnel syndrome.
First impression - having bigger tablet really works, lines are easier to control, pen tilt is actually handy, all looks cool. Looked at the tablet - and I'm seeing many shallow scratches and a couple of really scary ones.
Link to photos: https://imgur[dot]com/a/xDZqJCq (I know about "no links" rule, but this kind of issue requires photos as evidence)
Was puzzled why the surface so scratchy (my 10yo Wacom was never had any cuts so deep, can't even say it was used compared to this Giano) - and then I compared the default nib in the pen to one of replacement nibs (https://imgur[dot]com/iwfJT78).
The default nib is unique to replacement ones - it's intentionally made WAY sharper, no reason to make it unique other than to make unaware customers to damage the tablet, making it deteriorate faster. Even felt nibs are scratching the surface no matter how gentle you are.
Another reason can be to discourage customers from returning a tablet after a couple of days of tests. It's extremely scammy way to make business considering it's a hit-and-miss situation with a tablet so big, plus it's not symmetrical in design - left-handed people will find it uncomfortable to use. It's like buying a pair of pro-level hard-to-fit runners only to realize you already worn off the soles by walking in it in your room.

The product is really great and meet our expectations.
The customer service is brillant:
They have been following up since I put the order at the end of December. I get them twice on the phone because of the warehouse from where my order where shipped from.
They understand my issue and get back. They are very resolutive, answer quickly and sympathetic!
I would like to get that kind of support each time I contact a customer service.
I am satisfied with the device. Though, to prevent you, reader from losses, I've encountered defective unit. One zone was impossible to use with pen, but issue was resolved by customer support. So don't be afraid to contact them
I'm an animator, and use my tablet daily from anywhere between 8-10hrs per day. My Kamvas 16 Pro has not shown any signs of aging or faltering. It's as good as the day I purchased it! I've been animating almost 20 years now and have tried every Tablet manufacturer in the market/industry (and I personally believe Huion is the best option out there!) There is something special and unique about Huion's products - There is an extra layer of craftsmanship that really sets Huion apart from the rest.
I have since purchased a 2nd tablet for my partner, (Kamvas 16 2021) and they use it almost daily as well. There have been no issues with either tablet to date. *I personally prefer the 16 Pro over the 2021 version, the glass has a clearer image and a smoother feeling on the 16 Pro. (Again, in my personal opinion)
I also received excellent customer service when I recently purchased extra pen nibs for both tablets. The nibs were shipped from the Hong Kong Warehouse to my location without any issue. I must have asked 100 questions about my order, but the representative was very kind and understanding and took their time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The replies from Huion's customer service were not immediate, but that was to be expected when the customer service/ HQ is located on the other side of the planet in Hong Kong with a +13hr difference. In the end everything showed up on time and arrived as expected.
Overall, I am completely satisfied with my purchases and experiences with Huion's products up to date. I have recommended Huion to countless people in the past, who have all had good experiences as well - And I will continue to recommend Huion's products to anyone interested in getting into digital art and seasoned professionals alike.
Hello, I have a Huion HS610. When I Extend my display with a second monitor, the mapping for tablet pen is inaccurate -- the drawing will be to the left of wherever the cursor (stylus) actually is.
I have adjusted the mapping to Display 1 (my main laptop), and put the Working Area to Screen Ratio, or Custom Area, or Full Area, but the mapping is still inaccurate with any of these for the Extended Screen Display option. The mapping is accurate on Duplicate (for Display mirroring), or when I disconnect the second screen (which is another laptop or a TV).
When I turn on the Gaming Mode in the tablet driver, the mapping position is accurate, but the Pressure Sensitivity does not work. Windows Ink does not fix the mapping position either.
The operating system is Windows 11 Home, Version 23H2 and it is also a 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor. The Tablet driver version is Driver_15.7.6.1314 . The driver does detect the tablet.
Thank you

It works now, both the laptop and TV were at 1920 x 1080 resolution, but the TV was at 150% scaling while the laptop was at 125% scaling. So I could go into the Display settings on my laptop, select Display 2 (the TV), and then reduce the TV scaling to 125% instead of 150%. Thank you.
Nice service, took them a bit to get back to me, but my question was answered in good quality and after they got back to me ist all went down very fast. I would have given 4.75/5
I had the opportunity to interact with Huion's customer service, and overall, it was a positive experience. The team was polite, attentive, and genuinely committed to resolving my issue. It was clear that they take customer satisfaction seriously, and their dedication to providing good service really stood out.
The only downside was the time it took to resolve the problem—it required a month and a half of email exchanges to reach a solution. While this was longer than expected, the process was thorough, and they made sure to address my concerns properly.
Compared to other companies, this has been one of the best warranty experiences I’ve had. Many other brands don’t offer the same level of effectiveness and care. I truly appreciate Huion’s efforts to ensure a positive resolution, and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again if needed.
After concerns on shipping dates and package information, Jane from the customer support team communicated frequently and swiftly with me to update information and help resolve the issues. Very rare to see a genuinely helpful and thorough support team. Will be recommending this company to all my art friends
They sell products that don't even exist - aren't produced yet. They will not inform you about that. Only if you ask you will get information about out-of-stock.
Two examples from their answers (delivery within 7 working days):
"We have planned the production and delivery to fulfill your order as soon as possible. However, even a well-thought-out plan may not work accordingly due to some unexpected events or uncontrollable factors. Due to the high demand for the said model, we are sorry to inform you that we've run out of stock. "
"We fully acknowledge that the inventory mismanagement and the lack of timely out-of-stock notifications were unfortunate oversights on our part"

So recently I got a Inspiroy 2 L as my first drawing tablet, and it works quite well for the price and actually lets left handed people use it (Which I love because I'm left handed). Huion is a great company for people wanting to draw but don't want to spend the outrageous prices
Had so much fun with the product. High quality and easy to use,the price is definitely reasonable, and overall absolutely amazing.
Jane was super helpful with the issues that I had with my drawing tablet. She was super friendly. Don't be afraid to ask the kind and supportive Huion team!!
Purchased a Huion 22 inch via Amazon. The product itself - WHEN IT WORKED - was terrific. But right out of the box, there were "Signal" problems. Customer service, while it was genial, absolutely did not address the issues - it was like they were cutting and pasting from a script. I was forced to return, and will look at XP Pen next. A shame, because the hardware itself otherwise seemed fab.
