Packaged really well so no damage upon delivery. Definitely follow the instructions and inflate the shocks both upper and lowers before the first ride. Save a few ankle impacts and small bruises, I am riding my very first EUC and it is amazing! Always wanted to learn from the first moment a saw one! I purchased my V11 as my first wheel because I felt I would use all the extra features as time went on so I purchased the larger model right out of the gate, so far I feel it was the right decision for me. I have a lot of hills and urban streets around me so I wanted the extra power and suspension for my area. I can’t wait to get better and go much further! Thank you INMOTION for making such a great product!

The product is top notch and the customer service is awesome. They seem to really want to solve any issue with their product. Plus, as I said before, their product is already top tier stuff!

Inmotion's customer support was very fast with their responses. They are very helpful with answering questions and seem to care about the customer. I absolutely love the first euc I bought and had to upgrade already, not that the first wheel wasn't good enough just wanted something a little quicker. Products are well made and very impressive. My small wheel the v8s goes very well on different terrain. I have been very impressed by its performance and what it is capable off for its size. be a great way to commute around the city.

I currently own 4 InMotion EUCs and have only had one issue, a shock on my V-14 leaking oil.
I appreciate the overall quality of the product but even more the customer service. That issue was resolved quickly without drama or fuss.

Upon purchasing a new InMotion V9 I noticed a slight knocking noise coming from the wheel every now and then. I opened a support ticket with InMotion and they responded very quickly. After some brief troubleshooting, InMotion simply went ahead and sent me a completely new motor/wheel, which I replaced with ease. Problem solved. Thanks InMotion! Now I'm eyeing out their V12S!

My experience with Inmotion turned out great. I purchased the V13 pro and had an issue within the first year. Getting timely assistance was an issue for me at first; however, they did respond and eventually sent out a part that did fix my issue. It took just less than a month to resolve. I’m happy with the results!

I’ve been riding electric unicycles for several years, and INMOTION truly stands out. My V14 delivers a very smooth and comfortable ride — the suspension works perfectly, absorbing bumps and protecting my back and knees. I am more than satisfied with the product, for the money I paid, the product offers very high performance. I live in a country where there are many hills that I can overcome without any problems. The product has great autonomy.

Very good, have ride more than 100 km so far

Over the two years I've owned the Inmotion RS, I've encountered numerous problems. The helpdesk was always easy to reach and always provided a suitable solution. I haven't had any problems in the last six months. Last week, I had an update issue (the screen remained black, but the scooter still worked perfectly). This problem, as always, was quickly resolved with a new system update. I think the new version of RS is definitely worth considering; it seems to me that all the teething problems have been ironed out.
