Adios Kozoom
I signed up with an acct on Kozoom and placed an order giving all required info and received a message that the order was rejected/refused etc. i filled out a contact form explaining what happened,and a customer service rep replied that the order was not put thru as fraud was suspected. She said that she corrected the matter and verified to the order dept that it was a legitimate order. She provided a link to place the order and I proceeded to place the order.
And what do you think happened ? I got a reply stating they wanted me to download some app from my bank
confirming my identity.
I emailed the customer service rep thanking her for her efforts but cancelling the order.
Now this order was for less that $200 but if it was for for $1000 + I would perhaps understand their concern.
And to top it all off a few yrs ago I used to purchase a pass for the European Pool Championships from them.

ORDER DELIVERY PROBLEM
I made an order and they were helpfull until the order was shipped but now my order has not yet arrived and was sent back to kozoom store due to a problem at the airport customs in my country.I sent an email twice and tried to call their phone number but no one picks up the phone and i havent recieved an answer to my email.I'm still waiting for my problem to be solved.

the quality of a shop is seen in the after-sales support and I can tell you that they were exceptional. the product I had ordered was slightly damaged. not only did they send me another product but they did it before I sent back the damaged one so I wouldn't be left without. exceptional
