Bought a pair of trunks (via ebay). The seller sold me a new version that was not as pictured so I got a refund and they let me keep them. Basically the worst pair of underwear I have. The very cheapest cotton / elastane mix which means they simply do not hold their shape; legs roll up whatever you do.

Reading the other reviews I now know to stay away from this crap brand..

I’ve wanted the perfect tracksuit for years and spotted the first one on chance in a movie, hunted it down and was thrilled enough to order the second one. My only complaint is I need you to outfit me for the week with more options. Excellent quality and fit, the only tracksuits I’ve ever purchased or worn.

Purchased two items at full price from the official Lonsdale site. They both came with a massive discount price tag on them from a retailer. Selling clearance merchandise for full retail is dishonest if not downright fraudulent. Lonsdale used to be a reputable brand but they are a hard pass today. Furthermore, their US sizing is at least one if not two sizes smaller than it ought to be. Never again.

I made an infernational order, made payment and everything, but still after 12 days there is no info that it has been dispatched, i can not track the order though i have the code. Cant track because i made the order without signing up!
No other supprt than only email! This is pure s*** and crap on todays ecom world!

Absolutely appalled! I bought a pack of boxer shorts, before i put them on i decided that i will look at the label on the back. just to make sure that they are completely authentic, as i looked at the label, there it was staring me in the face. A SKID MARK!!!! This is absolutely shocking, Sort it out Lonsdale.

i bought a tracksuit and it had the worst quality ever stitching started to tore apart

I bought the all black Lonsdale Ganton men’s trainers few months ago for work and I wasn’t pleased as it kept bringing out white haze at the front where leather meets the textile material even when I don’t wear it, I got tired of always cleaning and bought another one 4days ago, same type and size and I had a worse experience than the first. Same issue, only that it’s so much worse second time. It’s definitely a factory problem. Lonsdale is selling low quality at a high price.

Very cheap and lasts long, no high expectations as it is so cheap and good!

This company IS SportsDirect. Their orders are ONLY fulfilled by SportsDirect - who have a horrible reputation - as does Lonsdale apparently.

Unfortunately, while SportsDirect (Lonsdale) is selling everything 70% off online, I bought from the Lonsdale OFFICIAL website, thinking they were separate companies- and am now paying 100% for an order that is .. coming? ...I hope... directly from SportsDirect.

Avoid this horrid company. You can do better anywhere else.

Bought a t-shirt for £26.99 online-item was delivered with a sale tag of £9.99. Requested a refund for difference which was refused. Response from Lonsdale customer service was fairly quick but their reply /reasons for not refunding the difference was unsatisfactory. Needless to say item has been returned for refund and I certainly won’t be buying from them or buying their brand again.

Bought some trainers for £65 they arrived posted by sports direct with a £26.99 sales sticker on them. I didn’t realise they were now part of sports direct. I complained to Lonsdale who said I paid that price so they won’t refund. So I sent them back and bought them through sports direct for £26.99. My fault for not searching around but stupid pricing policy that their website is different pricing to sports direct.

The shoes is 10/10 but it hurts my toe so it's a 0

Have bought 3 pairs lonsdale shorts.
Size xxxl zip is that small I can barely get my hands in the pockets. Have they made zips smaller to reduce production costs

Lonsdale used to be a decent brand but is absolute rubbish now. Bought some bottoms after one wash it's covered in bobbles. Boxer shorts elastic stretched ver quickly.
