I got hacked. I went through the process to reclaim my account and now it tells me that my email never had an account, to begin with. I went to multiple help desks. Eventually, I was able to use my email again but my games were gone. Thanks, EA

Never give these people money their service is the worst of any client. Tried to cancel the EA Play membership and won't let you log in to cancel it. I'm logged into the client but once I go to profile info and try to cancel membership it pulls up a completely separate origin window where I'm not logged in, and states that login is not available at this time. You can delete your card info off your profile, but it doesn't cancel the EA Play subscription. The only way to cancel is by the process I mentioned above, which is broken. EA always has and continues to live up to its bad reputation.

absolute trash i trydownloading a game and i cant download the hecking game because i somehow downloaded only the library i somehow dolnloaded the game before and then it stopped working beacuse origin cannot complete some code line thing. DONT DOWNLOAD OR RECOMMEND IT IT IS TRAASH!!!!!!!!!!

has a lot of bugs especially when you download and every time I have to open origin using VPN cuz they say they have "technical difficulties" which is still not fixed up for a month. Why am I even here reviewing origin; do they even look at the customer reviews from the beginning?

Would rate as zero if possible. EA/Origin is a complete fraud. I bought exactly one game (Sims) a few years ago through Origin, paid in full (not a discount via VPN) prior to download. Now I can't even login because my account has been banned for "chargebacks". I don't even know what that means, so I asked Origin. They responded that it had been reviewed and case closed--now I'm also banned from communicating with them. But I still don't know why I've been banned from accessing a game that is paid for in full. I've reviewed their User Agreement in full, several times, and there is nothing that I even came close to violating. Very shady.

Terrible gaming platform - cant even log in because of technical problems

Bought a game (command & conquer remastered) from EA expecting an .exe file, and instead was forced to download and accept terms from Origin.

If that was not bad enough the EA Origin install didn't even work as the VC++ 2015 runtime library was missing. Had to go searching MS for that before it would even start to install.

fu.cking piece of sh.it game, the online aspect is total bull.sh.it i hope everyone form EA fu.ck.ing drown in sh.it and burn in hell fu.ck.ing losers, fix this trash game

The worst gaming platform. I'm surprised they still keep this up. My origin would break down so often and I have to reinstall the platform every other month.

I have steam for years and it never had a problem. Updates and fixes are clearly announced. Meanwhile, Origin and their 'Well that didn't go as planned' message is driving people up the wall. For a platform with great games that runs like a potato, what a shame!

Origin is super good that was my childhood and Electronic arts Maxis too i love Sims 4, Spore, and all expansion, game and stuff packs to sims 4 and also all expansions to Spore i always wanted to have Sims 3 and Sims 2. i have Sims 1 but oh those memorys i cant play sims 1 anymore, its old and isnt compatible with Windows 10. and all mods to Sims 4 and Spore the only thing problem, i have had with Origin was that it was missing msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dll but that did i fix. I Love you Maxis, EA and Origin you together created my childhood.

Worst experience ever.
I cant even run setup of the Origin thin program. Help was woeful. I got most emails from them on customer experience. When i couldn't get customer service.

Forum was hopeless. Someone answered my question once. I tried what they said it didn't work and then i got no more replies. Even though i posted many times asking why no one is replying.

Then i happen to come across rare online help that is online there randomly. I get one Indian that seems to know something. i do what he says restart computer it doesn't work.

The other Indian guy spends 20 mins telling me he will help me. And has no idea what I am asking for.Then he sends me a survey on his service in the middle of working it out and it closes his window. Then I couldn't find this service anymore.
It disappeared from the page.

Crazy. I couldn't get online direct help anymore. Just and email or a phone call. And I do not live in the USA. It is too expensive to call.

I email. And get no reply. I emailed for a refund because it took me two months and I cant even install the Origin platform let alone the game.

I spent hundreds of dollars upgrading my graphics card and other parts of my computer to find out that did absolutely nothing.

Now i have to get my bank to get my money back. SCAM. How does this company survive? Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALING!! THEY TAKE MONEY OUT YOUR ACCOUNT.. DO NOT GO WITH ORIGIN. In the last 3 weeks, I have been on the phone to customer services to cancel my contract that was agreed on the sales call. I have been on hold in total for over 3 hours and every time I get through to someone they don’t care, they’ve told me a manager is either too busy to sort it or will call me back within 24 hours. They have now taken money out my account even though I want to terminate the contract because I am not living there anymore, customer service is APPALLING. DO NOT GO WITH ORIGIN!

Scam.. they take your money for games that are literally unplayable using modern computers. They also change your password and make it incredibly hard to use.

Avoid using this platform. If you do use. Ensure you receive an email if you cancel your membership I have still continued to be charged over the last two months. I contacted the CS live chat and they informed me that they were unable to help as I hadn't contacted them within 7 days. If I'd clicked 'cancel membership' and was taken to the home page I'd assume it would have gone through!!??! Very unhappy that they were 'not able' to refund.

Half of my games don't work on Windows 10, even though they say they will. Does EA do ANY QC testing anymore? Feel like a fool for paying for a year of Origin Access, should've tried it for just a month. Waste of money.

You guys need to stop updating origin so often.
I'm tired of having to delete my mods and reinstall ALL of them for them to be in the game. smh
