Can’t recommend enought this shop .
Bought my bike with them nearly two years ago and they all have been really nice with me and give me advice on many things . Came for a quick check on the bike and didn’t mention I was missing a frame plug for routing cable so water was able to go in the frame , and they put a new one on . That’s attention to detail .
Lovely people , lovely shop … simply lovely .

I went into Pedal Revolution in Norwich today and had really helpful service from Matt. He was honest, helpful and patient. I also asked about fingerless cycle gloves and explained how I have a bit of arthritis in my thumbs. He went out the back and found the perfect pair for me.

bought 5 bike tyres. Received grubby looking (shop soiled) stain, dark edge on every tyre. Sent 2 emails with pics, no reply. Never use again.

Improve your website it's terrible I'm looking for a bmx for my boy and your search criteria is terrible sorry but I'm looking elsewhere

Just purchased Guillem Formenor from the Norwich store.
From start to finish they were excellent got looked after by Matt who had the bike all ready on a rolling road for when I arrived and then made all the tweaks required for a perfect fit.
I live over 2-5hrs away but well worth the trip friendly welcome with a coffee was much appreciated.

These heros saved the day when we got stuck assembling a bike we bought off Amazon for our daughter's 5th birthday. We called Pedal Revolution Norwich in a left-things-too-late frenzy and they had it sorted as soon as we got into the shop ten minutes later. Absolute legends.

Absolutely amazing service. I had 4 people help me assemble my new trek domane al4. They worked with me to correct my posture, teach me the mechanics of the bike, and get all the measurements right. All the staff are super friendly and gives me a little more faith in humanity. Absolute top class.

Got caught out with flat tyre on my motorbike outside the shop. Mark went all out to get me back on the road and far more efficient than the vehicle recovery company !. I promised if I ever trade the motorbike for pedal power he is the man. Soooo impressed and grateful. X😀

Excellent service from Kate Warner and the team- they have gone out of their way to get my bike fast and safe to my address and offered part swapping so the sizing feels better. Very responsive team and the bike is beautiful.

Many thanks to Skip and Gareth in the Gorleston store for their excellent knowledge, ability, friendliness and competence in sorting my 'unknown' apparent transmission noises so rapidly and freely notwithstanding the hours of work it took. Thanks.

Had helped out with storing our grandaughters bike for a few months over the winter, when ready to use again took it to Gorleston they made it safe and road worthy again.

Lies, Incompetence or just Bad Management?

We purchased 2 bikes for £8,190 in March and were told we would have the 1st bike within a week and the second bike within 3 weeks after much chasing they finally admitted there had been a mistake and that they couldn't supply the bikes.

We then asked for a refund and they informed us that the card had to be present as I paid upfront for the bike in the store. It's a 5hr round trip.

I phoned up on Friday and asked if my Son could bring my card up for the refund and Edd said yes thats absolutely fine. I again explained that it was my card and he said, YES its fine.

My son spent nearly 3 hours diving there and was then told they wouldn't refund as the card was in my name. He explained that we phoned to confirm it was ok before he left and they just said 'nope thats wrong'!!!

The "Manager" was rude and totally dismissed him and told him to leave as they couldn't do it. They then wouldn't accept his phone to speak to me. He then had to drive back home another 3hrs!!

I drove up on Saturday and how this woman is the "manager" is beyond me. When I arrived and asked for the manager she sent out one of her staff to deal with the refund. I was adamant that I wanted to speak to Her so eventually she came out. She rejected that I had called prior to my Son driving up there. I asked to speak to Edd who gave me the wrong information but she refused to let me speak to him. No surprise!!

Beware of Pedal Revolution.....

I highly recommend All Terrain Cycles which is where we purchased the bikes from, they were very professional.

He was so patient in showing me around my fab new Trek hybrid bike, hydraulic brakes, clip off wheels and gear system all expertly explained. I would highly recommend a visit to Pedal Revolution in Norwich, if you’re thinking of buying a new bike.

Excellent service from the Gorleston store. James (The Bike Whisperer) brought my two neglected steeds back to life and they look as good as new. He has an eye for detail and does a fantastic job. Well done to him and Marc for always being helpful, polite and friendly.

An avid cyclist wanted a particular item for Christmas but it seemed to be out of stock everywhere - till I visited Pedal Revolution! The person I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and made sure it arrived in time for Christmas. The recipient was delighted!

One of the only places I could find the bike tool I needed. Delivered very quickly, which is what I wanted.

Ordered Click and Collect and order arrived as promised. Great communication. Happy to use this service again.
