Terrible customer support – Product broken and ignored for 2 months!

I ordered a smartwatch from this company on December 17, 2025 (Order number: 5549). Unfortunately, the product has completely broken down and is now unusable.I contacted their customer support about 2 months ago to report the defect and ask for help. Since then, I have received absolutely ZERO response. They are completely ignoring my emails, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. It seems they were just intentionally stalling to let payment protection deadlines expire.I strongly advise everyone to avoid this brand if you care about warranty and customer service. I demand that management contacts me immediately to resolve this issue with a replacement or a full refund!
