Total shame for Sony

Total shame for Sony. they totally crossed the line with ps5. i mean it’s past 2 months since the so-called launch. why launch a product since it cannot satisfy the demand? i understand marketing policies but this is a mockery. does ps5 even exist?

This is such crap

This is such crap ! Why can’t I buy a ps5 from you SONY or any place else ? There is advertising all over the place for it ! You keep advertising it as it available but it’s not available! It’s impossible to even buy one ! What’s the problem? Are you trying to go to court with millions of consumers? Because this is false advertising! If you advertise the merchandise than you had better make sure consumers are able to get one ! 1 per family my ass your a joke !!!
Maybe I will just go with Microsoft and buy a Xbox or gaming pc instead of wasting my money on your crap that’s all it is ! You can’t even get all the bugs out anyways! PlayStation Sony your such a looser company I’m done with your products ! High prices for pure crap !!!!

Sony anything is trash because the company belongs in a dumpster. Its time for the old geezers to retire and make better judgment calls. Banning cyberpunk from Playstation because you couldn't get on board with the vision and then saying how bad the game was, Ha! The games awesome and you just made yourselves look irresponsible once again.

I use Sony WH1000XM4 headphones. Love the music, noise cancelling but these aren't for your work calls at all. If you don't need the mic or you do conf calls with it, then you will love them

I bought a $160 headphone set less than a year ago. I am STILL jumping through hoops for these dummies at Sony Customer Non-Care. Buy a Bose, JBL, hell, but a gas station headset. Chances are the gas station will replace your item when it malfunctions. Such a disappointment. #sonysucks

As usual, no loyalty to existing customers. Classic Sony.

Where should I start? This whole PS5 launch has been a disaster from the very beginning. I have too many Sony products to count like so many others do and apparently that doesn't matter since whoever headed the PS5 launch wasn't taking that into consideration. They botched preorders, they botched the additional online orders and then they made it so that no one could walk in-store to purchase. What a gangster move. Knowing that bots were eating up inventory and that some of us that are educators and first responders weren't available to try at a preorder it was business as usual. I mean, I get it, a sale is a sale and that's their main goal. Who's hands their systems land in is not their most pressing concern. Then, some were supposed to get a special invite if they were actively on their Playstation systems. Some of us don't have time to play daily and even some that do, didn't get the so called " Special Invite". Now, there are retailers with some systems on hand and they won't sell until their "Black Friday" events, and those too will be online only. If adults wish to line up and camp out, they should be able to do so and be wise and safe about it.
Just pathetic is what I can say. Yet, some people who make a living from YouTube receive free units. Isn't that something.
In the future, I really have to start rethinking where I purchase some of my products, especially since there are other companies that make some of those items.

sony has a very poor ordering system…

sony has a very poor ordering system ps5 went on sale today was waiting with my phone and pc ,kept hitting refresh till i saw add to cart. added it to cart hit confirm purchase and !!!!!CRASH!!!!!!! all 4 times guess my son's not getting one for Christmas now. it get so frustrating doing all you can waiting in line for preorders only to get turned down because you were there first or spending most of the day hoping one will pop up at a site but wont because alot will end up on ebay for a profit. People like caregivers with families first responders and military who are to busy to stand in line or surf the web all day miss out. WAY TO GO PLAYSTATION AND WALMART.

By far the worst so far ive ever encountered where for the last 4 emails ive sent an automatic reply that is sadly not automatic has answered me things that have absolutly nothing to do with my problem and it is very very clear that nobody is even reading my tickets very sad the incompetence that we let go by as humans and then we ask why the world is broken

Morons took TuneIn to court for their music greed now I can't listen to my favourite station which played chill on Google hub, didn't even play Sony licensed crap. Wish you bankruptcy in this year and hope your PS5 has major firmware and compatibility issues.

Corporate Bully

I had a discount coupon which i wanted applied to my pre ordered WF-SP800N headphones. After asking for a partial refund to be provided since I had already placed my order and could not use my coupon, i was told by staff that it is not possible although the item was never shipped out. When i said i want to return it after i receive it and re place the order but this time by using my coupon code since the coupon amount was $50.00 and I would still be saving even after shipping costs, they refused my return and said they do not accept change of mind returns. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a cooperate bully. Thanks for changing the mind of a life long Sony fan and losing a loyal customer in the process.

Rang call centre to ask for technical support, was told someone will ring back within 24 hours, 60 hours later still waiting. Tried to ring back numerous times, no one answer.

I bought a used playstation 4 system

I bought a used playstation 4 system, just when i got it i paid for a 3 months plus+ service from sony. I had it for about 2 months the system and then sold it. The plus+ service ends up renewing it self and i was charged. I ended up contacting paypal for refund and got it. Sony has banned my account and keeping it hostage till i pay the 3 months Plus+ service using sony gift cards.

I have owned this account since playstation 3 released and purchase lots of games under this account, now that i have no access to my account, i also have no access to any games i purchase over the years.

I though if you buy a game from sony store you own it but i guess not, sony can take the games away from you just like that. DON'T BUY GAMES FROM SONY STORE BUY FROM THE LOCAL STORE ON DISC this way you own the game 100% and sony cant take it away from you.

I am so disappointed at how the PS5…

I am so disappointed at how the PS5 release has been handled, Sony. This is YOUR product. I have followed avidly for months to get yesterday’s news about pre-order release. You remember, it’s the one you promised to give your loyal fans and customers a heads up about, and hopefully a sliver of a chance to actually order one? I did not get that chance and I was looking when that chance shot by like a blip on the radar. That happened the same evening as your announcement that it wouldn’t be happening until the following day. That’s not right, Sony. Fix it, please. Fix it so I can rely on you. Let me say that I am a loyal customer, it’s my only gaming of any kind. I love the system, and all the games I have played on ALL of your consoles through the years... especially the exclusives! I get satisfaction when a X-Box friend wants to play because he can’t with that system. So, I will still wait, because I believe you will make good on your product and reputation. Show me you are as loyal to me as I am to you.

Me and my boyfriend bought a Sony TV on…

Me and my boyfriend bought a Sony TV on sale for $3,000, brought it home took it out of the box put it on the wall. there was a hairline fracture on it, never did get to turn the TV on never did get to watch it. got a hold of Sony their answer not my problem go buy another TV.
Didn't offer a penny other than sorry we can't help you.
Unreal I will never purchase a Sony again

Sony reliability

I'm a fan of Sony, and prolly will always be. Reliability and durability have always been there with my Sony devices, whether we're talking TV's or mobile phones. My Sony Xperia Miro is 8 years old and running!

Sony Bravia LED TV breaks down after 4,5 years

I bought a Sony Bravia LED TV (KD-55x8005C) in 2016. TV fails after 4,5 years. Backlights are failing. After contacting Sony they hide behind factory warranty and presumably find it normal that such expensive devices fail after only 4,5 years. According to their service partner the TV cannot be repaired and has to be replaced. They offered me a replacement through a service partner, but I basically had to pay for it myself. Furthermore they tried to put pressure on the offer by stating I had to decide within 24 hrs.

There was a time when Sony stood for quility equipment. That time has come and gone. Very disappointing.

PS4 Slim overheating

I have ps4 slim for two years now, but after a year of using it started overheating. First I haven't noticed that but later It started freezing in NFS 2015 with my new Samsung 4K TV. When I tried to reach the supports to find some help - the told there are no official services nearby, so now I have to fix it by myself. I'm not good in techs so now looking for somebody who knows how to clean it to avoid overheating.
