Love the quick shipping!
Our #1 choice in filament! I love the quick shipping and that the package was wrapped with plastic. Great extra thought to protect the filament from dampness.
I didn't like all the emails I got and several I couldn't tell who they were from or that they were related to the purchase and then the shipment without really having to look at the details in them. I also didn't like getting ones where I couldn't really tell if it was realted and just guessed it was.

Slow response and no way to cancel order
Something changed in my cart and I accidently ordered the wrong part. Within 3 minutes I emailed Sunlu to cancel the order. There is no way on the website to cancel or modify an order. I didn't receive a reply for 21 hours, which was too late. One star for fast shipping.
Order shipped from Ontario, Canada. However couldn't reach anyone. In the response, advised to refuse delivery. Delivery company (UniUni) dropped off package out in front of the house in full view of the street and did not ring door bell. Unable to refuse delivery. Stuck with product that is of no use to me.
