Returned an item 22 days ago, have had to chase them several times as still no refund despite their policy stating 7 days to get to the warehouse (arrived 01/12) and days to process the return. Having to raise a charge back through my bank now as this company is terrible.
Customer service has recently gotten even worse if possible. People do not answer emails. They have robots Auto responding that don't help. Sometimes you never get help with items or they will never respond. I still need help with missing items and I am very frustrated.
My daughter bought a Lover cardigan, the money was deducted and the cardigan was never received. When we contact customer service UK they say it is customer service USA that has the order. That customer service just doesn't respond. Report it as fraud to the bank now.
Ordered an in stock sweatshirt for my daughter early December for Christmas. Shipping estimate had it arriving a full week before Christmas. Days before I ended up scrambling to get a different gift. The item finally arrived after Christmas.
When reaching out to support I was told they were unable to offer me anything. What they meant was unwilling. They tried to blame the carrier but it was in fact the processing time that took forever. They then blamed me for not paying extra for expedited shipping. Why would I pay extra when they estimated arrival was in time?
I will NOT be doing business with them again and you shouldn't also. Don't let businesses get away with this kind of thing. they need to DO BETTER!!
Would not return my merch even though I ordered a medium and then sent an XS. No one can fit into an XS so now I have nothing for my $75 dollars. This is not an official site so WATCH OUT!
Ordered a snowglobe for my daughter. It came broken and there is no option for replacement with UMG. UMG is the worst company I have ever dealt with. You would think Taylor Swift would step in and try to fix the ongoing merch issues but she doesn’t care either because she is getting money either way.

Got a tracking number, and for the past 11 days only the label was created, not shipment at all.
Customer service don't answer your e-mails, I've been told I have to wait 1 more week. WAITING FOR WHAT? I've waited enought. Thank God I payed with PayPal, so I filed a chargeback, because I didnt received any answer to my refund request.
Taylor is a superstar, but how people with online businesses can work like that???
I made order on Dec, 12th 2023 for ready to ship in 1 week jewelries, yes it's for Christmas.
There were no update at all and on Jan 3rd 2024 TS CS, Brian S (or Daniel, at email footer) emailed me that my order is canceled and get fully refund, there is no fully refund because bank charges about $10 for transaction.
I have never asked for cancelation, they are really unprofessional & messy. Poor Taylor Swift...
The size I ordered runs very big and I need to exchange it. I have emailed them three times within two weeks trying to get someone to help me and nobody has replied. They only care about their money. Do not purchase from them because if something is not the way you want it you will lose your money.
The website states orders will be processed in 24 hours and shipped within 3-5 days. It is coming on the 4 week mark and I haven't received the order I paid for. I got one response from the email for customer service (there is no phone number listed on the website) and they said to wait another week-this was after waiting three weeks. When I asked them again where was the product they stopped answering my emails. It seemed like I got a canned response to pacify my inquiry. I don't believe I will ever get my product.
UPDATE:
After I sent a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau the product shipped and I have now received it.
I purchased two t-shirts for $50 each. They were for the birthday of a 14-year-old and her friend, and for them to wear to the concert in Santa Clara this weekend. I had them sent to a PO Box in Mill Valley, where I've had many things sent over the years. Tracking shows it went there, but not delivered. Now the tracking info shows it in Ferndale Michigan, waiting to be delivered for the last 3 days. That makes no sense whatsoever. Emails to the Taylor Swift online store have gone unacknowledged for over a week. Apparently I have no recourse and I just flushed $100 down the toilet.
I’ve never had an issue with Taylor’s merch store. My stuff has always arrived in one piece. I do wish the vinyl had more cushion packaging, but it’s gorgeous and plays well. It would be nice if the tracking info was easier to follow though. Especially since her merch is so expensive and you have to pay for basic shipping unless you spend a ton of money.
I swear if the Taylor Swift store got something right with my order I think I would be dreaming. Since that's not the case I'm writing this review in hopes they read it and do better. Every order I have placed with this store either doesn't ship on time or does t arrive on time. It's ridiculous to spend this kind of money and not get your package they use basic standard delivery again for the money you spend a good delivery time would be great without all the extra cost and bullcrap that goes along with it. Every single time. It's like Hmmm I wonder If Taylor Swift knows she has a bunch of incompetent people working for her. Let's not forget RUDE . they are down right lazy and just don't care. Really sad being that it's Taylor's Company and she should be aware of this. Taylor get your people together. Cause this is straight up ridiculous. I'm so done with the back n forth emails and rudeness.
