The extra sprue is nice

Simple to use and to order and you are kept in the loop when items are dispatched with an ETA and , at least for bolt action purchases, the gift sprue is nice

Second time ordering from here

Second time ordering from here, and again the process was quick easy and efficient. They had the items packaged and delivered in just a few days.
Sadly no free suprise gift this time despite order being similar size to previous one , so not sure what triggers the free gift. I did only order from here to get the suprise as the items were actually cheaper from 3rd party stores, so bit disappointing.

2 weeks later a parcel has arrived with 2 sprees of german waffle troops. Totally amazing. Their customer service has been brilliant on both orders, but receiving these sprees shows a great attention to customer care.
