Very very poor

Very very poor. I order the new 2026 shirt for my partners birthday. I paid £9.95 for express delivery so I would receive it in time for his birthday. Parcel has not arrived and the tracking information hasn’t moved since the 20th December. Tried to ring Wigan store 4times don’t answer the phone and customer service is so poor they blame the customer not helpful at all. Still no idea when my parcel will arrived it’s missed my partners birthday now.
Emailed DHL and Wigan still no response. Do not buy from these and can’t believe a club like this has poor customer care for fans buying merchandise from them.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I was sent the wrong kit in the post, so I emailed them to sort out collection so they could send me the kit I ordered. I'm still waiting for a reply a week on. The store and its service are so poor I'm embarrassed it's allowed at such a prestigious rugby club that I love.
