I have encountered significant issues with Storeaway's Liverpool location, leading to serious concerns:
- Unexpectedly Short Notice: I received very short notice of the facility's shutdown right before the holiday season, making it extremely difficult to arrange the collection of my stored belongings, particularly as I was already abroad.
- No Communication Post-Notice: Despite promises of further updates, my repeated inquiries over the past month for more information have been met with complete silence.
- Personal Items at Risk: The lack of communication has left me unsure about the safety of my possessions, include items of great personal importance, including cherished photographs and medical records. The uncertainty about the safety of these possessions has been causing significant stress.
- Perceived Negligence by Storeaway: The combination of abrupt notice, lack of subsequent communication, and disregard for the significance of customers' stored items reflects poorly on Storeaway's sense of responsibility and customer care.

This experience has left me not only frustrated by the lack of professionalism but also deeply worried about the irreplaceable personal items in storage.

Badly let down by this company. Our voluntary group provides a mobile hot meal/drinks service for homeless people. Moved in the unit in October. Out of the blue we were notified by email that the unit was closing and we were given a week's notice to vacate our unit. This has been a disaster for our group and has really negatively impacted on very vulnerable people. No further communication from the company since the first and only email

The facilities are fantastic even if it not the easiest place to access with being in the busiest part of town. I would happily use them again if I needed storage

Becky and Abbie helped me out in a stressful time for me.
Becky gave me the local van man's number. Responded quickly to all my emails. They have been fantastic and will recommend to anyone who asks for a storage facility.

Very helpful staff and high tech storage solutions.

Although the girls are great here; always helpful, friendly and polite they really couldn't do enough to help! there is an ongoing issue with the toliet facility here which needs addressing!! Please storeaway invest in a cleaner or take up regular cleaning/monitoring of the toliet.

I went to enquire about some storage at storeaway Cheltenham

I was greeted by the store manager and he helped me with my enquiry and even took the time to find the unit I needed for my needs.

Customer service was 10 out of 10 and the way he made me feel welcomed also made me want to rent a unit with this company.

Was very explaining with prices, insurance and no hidden faults.

Needed an urgent storage and found storeaway on google so I thought I’d give it a try and it was good. My experience was smooth from start to finish and the customer service there was being kind and helpful throughout even when I was being annoying and keep calling to ask them questions. I will definitely use again, it’s convenient

I’ve had an amazing experience with storeaway at Liverpool, it’s in the city centre which makes it a great location to go anywhere from there. Abbie from the reception team has been very helpful and friendly!
