We've been using StoreFeeder for a while now and have been really pleased with everything that it has to offer. We receive calls from other competing platforms trying to sell us their product/service, but we've got no reason to look elsewhere! The customer service team based in the UK are spot on. All the team are extremely knowledgable and helpful. Kane originally helped us during the on boarding phase and it couldn't have been any smoother! They will also always consider any requests, suggestions or updates to the software, which is something we love!

We been with StoreFeeder for two months so far and we went fully live about 5 weeks in after a small delay with an extra feature that was not present initially. I can truly say the experience has been fantastic, its great to deal with a British company that has the support staff based in the UK, and they know the product so well that you get answers. Kane was our on-boarding point of contact and nothing seemed too much trouble, I asked lots of questions and all were dealt with professionally and quickly. Its still early days and we have asked for certainly features that our particular platform (Bluepark) seems to be missing. I have confidence that in time these will be resolved. I have no hesitation in recommending StoreFeeder. Multi-channel is a complicated business and StoreFeeder seems to be the best out there. The software works really well and if something goes wrong or you have a query, they are there if you need support.

I've been using Storefeeder for a while now, and found it to be excellent. I was paying another company 2/3 times as much £ for the same features.
Listing products and controlling stock is easy. Printing invoices and shipping labels a breeze.
If any problems the support staff answer quickly with advice or a solution.

I have been using StoreFeeder since 2013 and is the best system I have tried.
The system offers all the functionality you need and more to have control of my listings on the many channels I operate on. As well as using it for its warehousing & order picking. I am sure there are features that I don't even use which could still make life easier.
It offers the best value of a product in its category, and I hope to still be using it for a long time.

Its taken me a long time to take the leap and change to another 3rd party software. I was previously with Volo and had been with them since 2008 but had found the lack of support and updates was causing our business to loose money. We therefore made the decision to look elsewhere and i am so glad we did.
We have officially been using StoreFeeder for 3 weeks and the support has simply been amazing. All our listings are supported and we are processing all our orders. Its a simple, straightforward and reliable system for inventory and order management.
Cost: It is a fraction of the cost of what we were previously paying and has already saved us money as it supports 2D barcoding.
Support: Kane was my main point of contact throughout the on-boarding process, although Jack has also been very helpful. I really can not rate Kane highly enough. He was always quick with getting back to me via email or just a phone call away and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Over all if you are looking for a company that will make changing systems easy and a software that is simple to use but has all the functionality you need, then look no further!

Having experienced seven years using Linnworks, with all their ups and downs, poor support, not to mention the recent pricing change debacle, we finally decided to look at alternatives in the marketplace.
Having trialled a few alternatives, we finally decided on StoreFeeder, as it appeared to cover all aspects of multi channel management in a friendly and intuitive interface.
I can whole heartedly say this was the BEST business decision of the year by far for us.
Moving order systems, when you have 11 channels, was never going to be an easy process but the onboarding process, overseen by the experienced and capable Kane, was a painless well thought out experience, allowing us to be up and running within a couple of weeks, with minimal disruption to out work flow.
The more we are using StoreFeeder, the more we find nice little extra touches designed to help the business process flow smoothly. They are well thought out, logical additions that have clearly been added in by a team who know what e-commerce is about, rather than just a group of techy programmers.
We are now looking forward to utilising all aspects that Storefeeder provides, rather than just making do with the basics as we were with our old system. The benefits of moving across are already self evident and I'm sure will become even better over time.

...for a third-party solution that could assist with the inventory management and order fulfilment side of things, StoreFeeder was a clear winner for us. Using StoreFeeder, we've managed to maintain a good level of control on Shopify whilst maintaining a single view of the truth on things like inventory and pricing across both platforms.
Highly recommend the platform, especially if you might have multiple sales channels. My only improvement would be for the possibility for data to be read from channel to StoreFeeder (rather than the other way around only) when there is only one sales channel in place. Other than this, brilliant product and fantastic team to support it - big praises to Nick for a great on-boarding experience and Kane for the fantastic ongoing set-up support, which helped to get our project live and ready in a short space of time. The team are endlessly patient and always willing to help - would definitely use again!

Over the last few years I have used many different eCommerce solutions not being with one for longer than 9 months as they never have lived up to what was promised, but then we joined Storefeeder. We have now been with Storefeeder for a few years and would not look anywhere else.
There are many reasons why I would (and have) recommended this software to people, from the easy on-boarding process to how user-friendly it is. Storefeeder ticks every box.
Since using Storefeeder we have increased our annual turnover, speed up processes such as, listing products to channel, dispatch, picking, packing, accounting (with the API integration we have with our accountancy software) All this has helped us maximise profit.

On Tuesday 14/5/2019 at 8pm I was working late (as per normal) and I happened to look at our eBay Shop. Then my whole world fell apart as I discovered that our listings were disappearing before my eyes.
I sent an urgent email to the Managing Director of Storefeeder explaining what was happening (including my phone number). I know how good the Storefeeder team are as they always surpass themselves with their help and guidance.
I was hoping to get a phone call early on Wednesday, but to my surprise, the MD rang me within 1 minute of my email being sent.
I explained in more detail the problem and Brian contacted his team and got everyone looking at what was happening.
After a very fast, effective response the problem was diagnosed as an eBay issue with us regarding our listings.
The effectiveness of the Storefeeder team was very impressive, but I knew that as I have daily dealings with them.
If you need a platform to help with your selling and to eradicate wasted time, then Storefeeder is that platform. Amazing company, Amazing staff from the Managing Director to the support team.

This software really does make a difference to my business.
I’ve been very happy with Storefeeder over the last 6 months. It’s enabled me to process twice as many orders each week and save valuable time by not having to manually adjust stock levels on multiple platforms anymore!
I’ve had a few glitches along the way (nothings perfect) but the support team (Kane especially) have always been there to solve any issues quickly with no downtime to my shops! I highly recommend them.

There software has gave me the ultimate solution to the nightmare that is stock control in the ecommerce industry! Selling on multiple channels is extremely hard to do without any software, to the point we actually lost one of our channels due to poor service. Since we have installed Storefeeder we have not had a SINGLE operational issue, quite literally overnight transformation and now we at the stage we are getting all of our channels back and sales will be on the up.
From Listing items together to managing your stock efficiently I honestly cannot fault the whole system. On top of that the absolute amazing customer service Kane gave us on the on boarding process makes store feeder stand out from the crowd in regards to service.

Amazing Software and Support, i have used 3 other well-known software companies and this is by far the best and easiest to use and can do everything that i need. I am not tech minded (and don't want to be).
Moving over was very easy and straight forward and didn't cost anything (like other software companies) Kane was amazing at helping us through this.
Customer support is brilliant very informative.
Listing new stock is so quick and easy to all my channels which saves so much time. The SF exporting and importing is excellent for updating items in bulk and far better than any other ones i have used in the past.
Order page is so quick for dispatching.
