Amaani and Christian were wonderful!!

Amaani and Christian were wonderful. I first spoke with Amaani 6-7 months ago, and she assured me when something perfect comes along that she would reach back out. She absolutely did and this process getting me in front of and ultimately hired at Payliance has been great. They are both on top of everything, stayed in daily and constant contact with me, always had me up to date on next steps. Highly recommend working with them and have referrals I will be sending over.

Fear Alleviation At It's Finest!

So......first time out in the job market in over 24 years...I had previously worked for the same management team through 3 different iterations of companies, so there was zero need to interview.
Was contacted by Amaani via LinkedIn regarding a quiet search that one of her clients, a Fintech firm, had engaged her to do. I was very intrigued, given the fact that it was only the second time that has ever happened, and at that point in time is was 0 for 89 applications elsewhere! From start to finish, it was one of the most professional experiences that I've been a part of. She was very candid and forthcoming with any information and feedback that I asked for and was on top of scheduling for both sides of the conversation. In the end, I've ended up at one hell of a great company, and I can honestly say without shame, that Amaani's coaching and feedback helped position me to be the final selection as a far as candidates were concerned. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Storm2 to anyone that is looking for a new opportunity. I know from experience that many may be gun shy, and have heard of some unfavorable results using recruiters.......Storm2, Amaani and her team will put that to bed in quick fashion!

Thank you, Marie-Alice!

Lucky me: I re-entered the job market in 2025 only to discover that it's the toughest job market in years (possibly ever), with more job seekers than open positions. All of the classic job search strategies seemingly changed overnight, and the chaos was making it hard to find the right fit.

A friend told me about Marie-Alice and referred her to me. When Marie-Alice reached out, I'll admit I was skeptical. By this point, numerous recruiters had done the same, but only a select few were real people with genuine opportunities. Looking back, I am so thankful that she messaged me, and I couldn't have been more wrong in my reservations.

Throughout the entire process, Marie-Alice was communicative and always kept me updated through LinkedIn chats and phone calls—despite her being halfway across the world, several time zones removed. She gave me relevant info for interviews, acted as a sounding board for my talking points, and advocated on my behalf as a client. I truly didn't feel like a number, but rather someone that she believed in and personally wanted to see succeed. That meant a lot during these tumultuous times in the market, and it's something that goes beyond just being a great recruiter—it speaks to her character as a great person.

I had a fantastic experience working with Edward, a recruiter who truly goes above and beyond. From the very beginning, Edward believed in my skills and potential for the role, and he consistently advocated for me throughout the entire process.
