I had the pleasure of working with Kathleen K, who was incredibly friendly, communicative, and an advocate for me as I applied for (and accepted!) my dream role. She constantly made herself available for calls and offered routine check-ins, words of encouragement before interviews, and follow-ups after. She even helped navigate a tricky issue with a background check provider and put me at ease with transparent communication at a stressful time. I highly recommend working with her and she made my experience working with Storm3 great!
