Ryan always responded very quickly to emails and WhatsApp, gave me a very competitive quote and paid careful attention to all my requirements when he visited. He offered a wide range of options for our composite front door, and installed that, a patio door, PVC door and three windows in two half-days. He was polite throughout, and clearly knows what he is doing. Also gave some advice on wall insulation and refixed a blind that needed to be repositioned.

great price and all round service,only let down is that i am still waiting for hinge covers for one of the french doors that were installed.

We found Ryan to be very professional, friendly and helpful from our first meeting until we finished our project. We had an extension built using SIP insulated panels and Ryan explained the whole process and made some great recommendations towards the finished product. Ryan kept us fully informed the whole time the work was being carried out. He also upgraded some of our existing widows.
Overall, we are extremely happy with the work carried out and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I tried to get a quote from Ryan and sent him all the details he requested. He specified a date to get the quote over to me and I didn't hear anything more. I then chased him again and got another date and nothing came through. I then chased again only to be told he would "resend it". There is nothing in my e-mail or junk folder and of course nothing has come through again after lots of phone calls and emails chasing there have been no replies. If he can't even get a quote to a client I can not even imagine what he is like when doing a complex project.
