Very poor company. I’ve placed my order 7 weeks ago , they took nearly £100 and still not received it anything. Tried email them but getting no where .
No money , no clothes .
Really poor communication aswell.

I still have not received my order placed over a month ago and they will not respond to my emails as far as I am concerned they are lowlife thieves

They take your money and do not deliver anything

This company is a COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT BUY anything from them. Prices look attractive but the items will never be delivered.

Ordered twice both times it said "DELIVERED" however they was never delivered!

I HAVE NEVER ORDERED FROM YOU AND YOU KEEP RINGING MY LANDLINE AT ALL HOURS DAY AND NIGHT SAYING MY PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED. HOW CAN YOU DELIVER TO ME WHEN IVE NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM YOUR COMPANY . I CANT BLOCK YOUR NUMBER AS YOU SEND MESSAGES VIA THE TEXT MESSAGING SERVICE. SERIOUSLY FED UP NOW . CALL ARE ON GOING SINCE 7PM AND STILL GOING ON 1 DAY LATER .

I ordered 2 Sister Stories hoodies for Easter gifts for my daughters earlier this year.
Order went through, money was taken from my account £164.99.
I have never received any delivery
No responses to my numerous emails, texts, FB messages, letter or complaint
My money has never been refunded
Now in October and still no delivery or refund
Horrendous service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My item did not arrive - I have asked for them to tell me who they use to deliver as they keep insisting the item was delivered! It is just an automated response every time! I have lost the money & have no item to show. As per other users it is a SCAM! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered!

I bought a village Xmas tree last August 2023 and to this day I still haven't received it nor have I had a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they take money an goods never turn up. I have tried time an time again to get hold of these and I'm still waiting it's been a year an still nothing

Order 2 perfum sets in September, keep saying there in transit, and still not received, asked for refund,they keep saying it's been sent ,, what a joke of a company.

SCAMMERS, ordered two Mac advent calendars months ago, they just keep telling you to wait and then nothing ever arrives and no offer to refund. DONT ORDER OFF THEM.

The most appalling company. I placed an order in September for advent calendars that have still not arrived. I was sent tracking for a parcel that arrived in Wales, but nothing has gone to Kent. Dreadful experience.

Order placed in September and still nothing. A load of liars, thieves which should be stopped now! I claimed my payment back through my credit card, but it's not good enough. Something should be done to stop scumbags from stealing people's hard earned money.

Absolutely shocking!

I place my order on 3rd September and am still waiting to receive the item.

Apparently was sent but the courier never delivered.

After numerous emails chasing to see where my item is I got a response on 16th November to say a new one would be sent and shocker… still waiting!

Arrived in super quick time. Fab quality and bought on Black Friday so great value

The item I ordered has not arrived, I emailed twice no response. I was acknowledged by Claudia herself who states she would investigate its whereabouts, still awaiting to hear back. In another order, I ordered a small and received an extra small, trying to return this and again no response via email, no number to call. I’m concerned that if I return to the address stated on the return policy that I won’t get a refund. This is there error in sending the wrong size but no acknowledgment of this. I ordered from them earlier this year and I had so much trouble then, not sure why I bothered again, my mistake.
Terrible company and it’s a shame because the items themselves aren’t bad.
