Not very convincing, with too many issues
It is a nice app, but there are way too many issues and not enough clarity overall.
It is not worth it to get into so many issues, to collect a very low amount of "free" money with mining.
There are continuous "Miner network errors" without any details, which are only solved by closing and reopening the app.
I would also really appreciate more clarity overall, especially about the "free" cloud mining, where you can get "free" money only if you deposit something into your account. Unfortunately, this detail gets clear only after you have waited a long time to obtain at least 10 USDT to withdraw into your wallet, where it remains "Inactive" unless you deposit money into the wallet.
Also, the higher statuses (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, etc.) are only unlocked after you have enormous trading/exchange volumes (at least 150k USDT for Gold), which excludes way too many smaller miners/traders like me. Having to invest 150k for mining at twice the speed (and getting 1.37 USDT per day in mining) is honestly quite ridiculous.
EDIT:
After the reply from StormGain I decided to further reduce the star rating. I detailed my experience in my review and instead of providing a concrete feedback I am asked how they can reach a 5-star rating. A small hint: by solving the issues detailed in my review 🤦♂️

Thank you for your message. I believe the inactive funds you mentioned are from Miner. In order to activate and use these funds, a deposit of real funds is required. Once you make the deposit, the relevant amount of mined funds will become active and available for trading, along with your real funds. In order for you to be able to use the mined funds for trading, you need to make a deposit in a ratio of 1 to 4.
