Funds from the miner are bonus funds and can only be used in trading with real funds. It is not possible to withdraw funds from the miner, but you can take a profit from trades and withdraw.

Locked my account saying i had two accounts. I only have one account. This has happened to many people. They give you a link to an email which when contacted each time just gives an auto response on how this case will not be reviewed. So you lose your account with any funds on it and they purposely give you a bot link. There are lots of cases the same if you look into it. It's clearly a scam to rob customers of their funds.

foul play
Took a break from trading their platform and came back only to find an empty account with reason being charged maintainance fee also on the mining side I had to deposit funds to continue mining.
