Scam company even worse customer service. Didnt get my order but i hope they refund me asap!!! They advertised a necklace that says Mamacita which i ordered and they emailed me back saying its not english. I mentioned that i copied THEIR ad and customer service didnt even know what the hell i was talking about. I sent them a picture and boom they disappeared!!! I just want my money back

I ordered a pair of hoop earrings with my dog’s name, “Lola”, and I love them! I also ordered a gold script necklace with the same name. I wear them all the time. The jewelry is great quality and the customization was super streamlined. I’ll definitely be purchasing from Storms in the future.

I loooove my necklace from storms! It shipped in a beautiful little gift box and looks so cute. The chain is super sturdy too. I would definitely recommend and will be buying more as gifts for my friends and family!!

I placed an order on the 10th of July and I have not received an order confirmation email let alone when to receive the order. I have sent a message twice via their contact session but no reply yet. I am sick worried that I might have been scammed.

They get one star for having a customer service department that responds, but overall I was very disappointed. I ordered a necklace and an anklet in April and received shipping notification about 2 weeks later. When I didn’t receive my package, I inquired and was told they were experiencing delays. It was several weeks later before my items arrived, and after about 2 days they both broke. It was not at all worth the price point, especially when amazon carries the same pieces for 1/4 the price.

Company is GREAT! I orderd a necklace it is beautiful strong, quality. I appreciate how they interacted with me i was rude about receiving my package which had been delayed due to coronavirus, but when it finally came the packaging was so good and necklace was such great quality. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is not a US site!!!! This is a dodgy company out of Shanghai, China. If I knew this was a crappy Chinese product there is ZERO chance I would have bought this. Order took over 3 months to arrive. Avoid at all costs!!!

I ordered March 4. They sent the wrong order and I emailed that I needed my order and her it is June 26 and still do not have my order. The order still shows that a shipping label is been created but it has not left the facility. Dont order, such rip offs

Please do not buy. They claim to be made in Los Angeles but shipping and tracking shows it’s from. China . I ordered 2 necklaces , and only recieved one after 40 days. They deny not sending me the second necklace. Being scammed is violating. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

This is one of the absolute worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. First of all, they write that the shipping is fast and that the whole process can take up to 17 days, however I received my order after 2 whole months. Second of all, the materials of the jewelry feels sooo cheap and I wouldn’t, if I had known, have payed one single dollar for it. It feels more cheap and low-priced than jewelry from H&M. My anklet is so big that it hangs down around my foot and on the website there’s only one size. Plus my anklet’s font doesn’t at all look like the font on the website.
That they even advertise with, that the jewelry is made in LA, when my package is send from China, Shanghai, is also very misleading and false, which isn’t fair to customers.
So I would highly not recommend the brand.
