Purchased 3 sections of chute and the hopper used twice and 2 sections of the chute are ripped and the hopper is cracked and unusable. Contacted the company on 3 separate attempts but no response. Save your money on this inferior product and buy elsewhere.
It does the work but you need to be very careful as it can easily tear up.

I think the idea and the design is great ( light and compact, easy to install) but not as durable as I would have hoped. I destroyed my bathroom walls and used 4 parts of 3m to get the debris down 11m. With clean concrete no problem at the beginning. Concrete and tiles create more of an issue as rips stat to appear quite quickly. Also after time the junctions between the different parts start to get damaged and big holes start to appear. Making the use of the stortslurf unsafe. We started with a very small angle down to the container. And ended up doing it vertically. It helped for sure but not entirely. My advice to improve the product would be to double the cloth thickness at the overlap between the different parts. These are really the weakest points. This being said it was of great help and would definitely use it again. I hope you can make it more durable and sustainable in the future.
