items never arrived, no reply to contact via email or though their site. no refund . dont use!

Easy to order and good value

The item itself was as advertised but unfortunately, I wasn't able to use it so I wanted to return it (on my expense) I emailed and was advised I'd be sending it back to the Netherlands... so the cost of postage would be more than what I'd paid for the item. I emailed again to try to get something sorted within the 2-week time frame and have still to hear back. The 2-week time frame will be over tomorrow

A bit disappointed, as only lasted for a morning after 2 cube of of rubble had passed through it. If planning to fill one or more skips cheaper to hire robust plastic chutes from hire shop.
Installed as to instructions.

I have used the shoot for about 20 mins before 1 of the handles came off then a split appeared done a seam. Then a bigger split. Within an hour of use one of the shoots was rubbish and the second one was starting to split aswell. The best thing about then is the filling shoot top. This is still fine. Would like to send it all back for a credit.

The order was placed as a single order however part of the order was missing, I complained and received a nice comment explaining that the item missing was packed separately but dispatched at the same time. I accepted this at the time and awaited the second parcel without which, the first parcel is useless. I have builders costing me money waiting for the equipment which has still NOT arrived despite assurances. this is now two weeks overdue

The item was exactly what I required. It arrived securely packaged , on time and assembled very quickly.

Unhappy about the strength of the shoot. I have to shift a few ton of gravel to the bottom of my garden, and it started to rip only after about half a ton bag. Really disappointed. Everything else was fine, delivery etc. just the product itself, was poor.

Pity they use DPD to deliver. They are useless - failed to deliver to correct address (DPD’s fault, NOT Sportslurf). Change your delivery provider, or give an option, and you get the fifth star.

Upgraded initial review to 4*. Product ordered on Monday and arrived on Friday in the end. Big problems with the lack of communication from DPD as didn't get any delivery information until I made a complaint through the website of Stortslurf.
Not happy that there is no UK number to call to speak to Stortslurf UK as the advertised number is in Holland and costs £2.75 per minute!
That said chute arrived and is as described and good for the job as a temporary rubble chute.
They need to sort out issues with DPD or use a better delivery service.

Quick and straightforward delivery.
Used this for the first time today and it worked perfectly. No mess on the customers lawn, straight into the barrow and away. So much easier than hauling buckets through the house and down stairs. Cleaner too.

There was an initial problem with delivery but this was corrected very quickly and the rubble shoot arrived on time.
This is a great product, and very very strong.
I shifted over 10 tonnes of rubble down one storey and there is no wear on the shoot at all.
Great for the job, and can be folded away so doesn't take up too much room.

Delivery should have been within 48 hours but took 7 days.

Don’t order one. It has taken 6 working day and still not received it. Even after they promised it was arrived 2day ago
No response to emails!!!

The product was decent and what we needed. The delivery wasn't as quick as they said it would be.
Ordered in time but came a day later so we only got half a days use out of it.
