The tool is absolutely horrible

The tool is absolutely horrible. The idea is amazing, the logic makes a lot of sense - "AI for videos, with added automation on top", however the execution is so bad, makes me think majority of customers would leave the platform after a couple of days of trying it.

Support = non-existent, I have reached out multiple times and have received 0 answers back (mind you I am on influencer plan, so paying $130 per month).

Quality of the output = good as long as the platform works, which is roughly 40-50% of the times, the rest of cases something breaks and the output audio / video becomes useless. So it's a cycle of things not working and then you trying to reach out to support and then not getting an answer.

Absolute SCAM

Absolute scam!

You pay for 40 videos per month (then credits for more and a series of videos... so way more than 40 in total), they tell you if you create videos, you can't create 40 videos per month because you were supposed to create images??? -actual answer from their support

Fraudsters!

WARNING DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS!! I tried to cancel my subscription TO STORYSHORT AI, 2 Weeks before via Live chat and website content absolutely zero response. They still kept charging me so I had to get the bank to intervene. So they issued a chargeback on my behalf. I've all the evidence. Guess what as soon as there was money involved they quickly contested the chargeback oh yeah. WARNING keep playing STORYSHORT ai and I'll put you on blast all over the media..Try me!

Disappointing Experience with StoryShort.AI

Disappointing Experience with StoryShort.AI

I had high hopes for StoryShort.AI, but unfortunately, it hasn’t met expectations. The support team is unresponsive, making it difficult to resolve issues or get any assistance. Additionally, I’ve faced multiple copyright issues when trying to upload the generated videos to YouTube.

Given these challenges, I would not recommend StoryShort.AI to anyone looking for a reliable video creation tool. The service fails to deliver on promises and is not worth the investment.

It doesn't worth it. Images doesn't match the words. It takes more credits to change each image. Bad customer service
