I totally agree with the other reviews. I ordered dark root blonde, one length and I received strawberry blonde with bangs. I contacted seller and they said I must return at my own expense. They will not send me the product I ordered but offered me a tiny refund and I could keep the completely useless product as a gift.
How can they get away with this?
Please do not buy from them. They are also going under the name Queen-Hair.

Colours of toppers are slightly different because of COVID???
Yes storywigs did get back to me . Firstly that thanked me for my support. And told me that because of Covid the colours of toppers could be slightly different. Slightly, I could say totally different. I ordered a white silver , I got a dark grey, I ordered a blond with darkened root, I got a dark ginger blonde with no root. The third on was supposed to be a blonde no root, but it was another dark ginger blonde. And I ordered them to be 14 inches long, they are not... I’m not even going to talk about the poor quality. I would never recommend this inferior product... I feel like I just had my money stolen.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
This lot are advertising a product they don't actually have.
I stupidly fell for it.
I thought I was buying something 16 inches long, all one length and made from human hair, just as they had advertised.
What I received was a cheap synthetic mess only 14 inches long and with a badly cut fringe!!!!
They keep coming back with some garbage about the pandemic but the pandemic doesn't make you con people.
I'm trying to get my money back through PayPal which is proving to be very difficult even though I've sent pictures of what I received and evidence of the item I thought I was purchasing.
They offered a partial refund which is ridiculous but this seems to be what these people do, they advertise great products with the full intention of sending a cheap copy then offer a partial refund so they still get money for scamming decent folk.
They now want me to send the item back at my own expense!!!!!!
They conned me, I should receive a refund with none of this hassle.
Save yourself the headache and just don't buy from China........

Do not order from these people
Do not order from these people. Would give them 0 out of 5 if I could. Total scam. They run videos and pictures of high quality hairtoppers on their website and on Facebook but what you receive is nothing like the product advertised. You will also battle to get a refund despite what they claim on their website. Steer clear of this company!
