Good quality items
Delivered on time. Exactly what was ordered. Seems good quality although it would have been better if the stove rope included some rope tape also the packaging could have been better as when it arrived it was starting to break up.
Overall I will still buy from them again.

The only complaint I have is that the delivery price was not shown until after I had purchased my fire grate. Consequently I paid more for delivery than I did for the grate. Needless to say I will not be using your services again.

A very quick turnaround
A very quick turnaround, unfortunately the bolts that came wit the refurb kit were the wrong ones and also had no nuts. They needed to be bolts for a recessed hole.

Great and efficient service
We noticed that our stove glass had a crack in it and the next day, a small piece of glass had fallen inwards into the fire. We ordered the stove glass via the Stove Supermarket where the delivery and service was super efficient, thank you.

Had an issue with the grate and inner riddle plate, didn’t move or rotate as it should. Contacted Customer Services and Richard dealt with the issue in a highly professional way whilst engaging in a friendly and helpful manner. Problem resolved with little effort on my part. Cannot recommend Stove Supermarket highly enough. Great prices, excellent customer service and quick turnaround for purchases. A special thank you to Richard from customer services for his help and support and ensuring the product I received was in full working order.
