Ordering was easy,I ordered on a Sunday and got a call Monday morning to say it was not in stock do I want to wait or get a refund as they were due in,Good to get the choice.
The parcel was delivered on the Thursday. Very good service ,Thanks

Great price

I needed a throat plate as mine was damaged. Stove supermarket was the best price on line. I purchased the plate and it was delivered with in 48 hrs . Absolutely perfect. Thanks

I ordered some components to service my…

I ordered some components to service my Clearview Pioneer 400 stove. A box arrived very quickly however, one of the items purchased was missing. I contacted Stove Supermarket and spoke to a representative unfortunately I didn’t ask for his name. He was very apologetic and assured me that the missing item would be dispatched. Almost 24 hours later it arrived. I accept that someone within the company made the initial mistake but not withstanding this, the after sales service was outstanding. In addition, the components are very reasonably priced as well. Exceptional service.
