The service, the bag itself, the craftsmanship! Absolutely everything!
Wonderful throughout

The Mrs. appreciated the leather strap for her Mini Curve much more than the chain strap that came with it. It enabled the bag to be much lighter and more comfortable to carry. She also enjoys carrying a bag with a certain level of exclusivity here in the States - much more than some expensive, cheaply made, run-of-the-mill bag everyone else has.

Shipped early (before the announced date), well-packaged, everything was fine.

The only one point why i did not gave 5 star its because i wish they made some other interesting design for a cross body bags.
That is it.
Otherwise I love every bag I own from stow london! And I got already 3 bags in total :)

2 points about this purse: 1 - I wish I could use the shorter handle on my shoulder and 2- I wish there were compartments for organization inside the bag.

It was a very smooth purchasing experience. I love the leather quality but unfortunately the colour (beige) and the bag size didn’t work for the style I needed. I wish the company introduced more sizes and cream blush colours. Return was effortless.

Superior quality and workmanship. The leather has a wonderful feeling and you can tell it’s quality. I really appreciate the turned edge technique along the sides of the pouch, because most of the bags on the market currently have edges that have paint and they eventually crack and look unappealing with even just a year of wear. This feature is really the sign of quality because it takes skill to create it. The only suggestion I would make is that it would be nice to have an option with a dark color interior lining instead of a light color which is prone to staining.
