I got mine as a birthday present a few years ago. I love it but cracks started appearing in it after a while, even though I followed all instructions. Contacted the company and they were lovely saying they had changed the way they made them since then. I said I would be willing to buy again and they said they would send a discount but i've never received it. Maybe an error but it was disappointing because it is a beautiful product.

So, the burner arrived much quicker than I thought it would, so credit for that, also I love the look of it, so credit for that too. The downside for me is the St palo sticks which itself smells very strongly and not very nice. I had hoped for a nice winter wood-burner type of scent, but it's far from that, more like burnt coconut and very pungent rather than soft and woody. It's not even like incense, it's really not nice at all. We've both ended up with banging headaches and feeling sick, and can't get rid of the smell. I'll try it with something which smells nicer, but other than that, I'm not very impressed so far, sadly.

I am so lucky to have been recommended this company by a friend. One of a kind and so unique products. I have been trying to burn palo santo wood unsuccessfully for years. Their wood burner is amazing. The wood lasts longer and the aroma of the oil... bliss. I also bought their wood to try out and their palo santo essential oil to put into my diffuser. Love all their products. Delivery was quick and effecient. All packaged well.

Beautiful wood burner, scent is amazing, very unique and earthy. The burner itself is gorgeous, rustic and very stylish with a lovely feel to it. Delivery was really quick!

I really love my St Palo burner! It’s easy to use, the scent lasts for ages and the Palo Santo sticks smell divine! The sticks last for ages too. I use my burner and Palo Santo sticks everyday, sometimes twice a day. I look forward to coming home and using it. I also love when I wake up the next day, go in the living room and it still smells nice from the day before. It also looks nice on my windowsill, it’s especially pretty when the candle flame glows. Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely amazing product. As an asthma sufferer I struggle to find natural burners that don’t irritate my chest. Not only does this smell amazing, it also leaves a lasting scent. It’s a beautiful stylish design that looks great in any room. Just wonderful.

All the staff in our Mental Health facility and Psychedelic Research centre love the smell of the Palo Santo that this wonderful product produces. Currently purchasing 4 more. Highly recommend and people can buy with confidence.

My burner arrived 24 hours after ordering and I absolutely love it!

However, I have since sent them emails and instagram messages about other items and they have never replied.

My daughter and I have both purchased the burner and the sticks and are extremely happy with our purchases and the service received.

Items were as expected and the aroma from the sticks fills the full house.

Love the products here, I have two burners now and bought them as gifts for others too. The bulk box of sticks is good value

The burner is over priced it seems very tough material and a look also for the price to not even recieve any tea lights and a piece of palo stick I was disappointed

This is my first time buying here and I encountered something shocking. I don’t think I will buy any products here again.

Although I seldom write reviews, I believe this product deserves one, especially since there are few others, and those who have shared their thoughts seemed disappointed. I recently purchased the St Palo burner along with the accompanying St Palo wood. The handcrafted burner is truly lovely in my opinion. I appreciate its organic and rough texture, as it adds to its authenticity. The clever design not only enhances its aesthetic appeal but also emits a delightful fragrance that fills the room. I find the experience very grounding and calming.

While some may perceive it as a pricey product, I believe the handmade nature of the burner, produced here in the UK rather than mass-produced elsewhere, justifies the cost. Supporting a local business with a genuine, hand-thrown product is important to me, and I consider the price to be fair. The delivery and packaging were both timely and thoughtful.

I am thoroughly pleased with the St Palo burner and intend to make future purchases, particularly for gifting purposes. Thank you St Palo, you're doing a great job!

The burner works really well, just drop the St Palo stick in the top and light a tealight underneath and it burns without too much smoke.

That said, the product is really overpriced in my opinion, I'm happy to support smaller businesses with higher overheads but the price for what you get is poor. The actual burner is made out of a really rough pottery and is horrid to touch - for the price I'd have expected lovely tactile materials.

An order I placed on the 28th of March is still 'pending fulfilment'. I emailed and apparently there was a stock issue, even though it was advertised as in stock when I purchased (and has been since) and I was told I'd have a dispatch notification by this evening but I still haven't received one. I requested a cancellation and refund as they were birthday gifts (one birthday being tomorrow, the 5th) and I've not had a response. First time I've ordered from here and it's such a shame as they look really nice but the lack of communication and me having to chase things up isn't worth it.
