Never received goods or refund

Never received goods or refund. Absolutely no contact between purchase and delivery. Only some useless WhatsApp which was pointless. Seems like fraudulent website. Can’t believe the other reviews are real..

This is 5 months later never received any refund or goods which you said you would send? Granted you did contact me, only after making original review. But Had to go through the hassle to claim back through the CC company. As I explained to you at the time I don’t like to write bad reviews on businesses as mistakes can happen but need to be resolved. But nothing was as a seller your side.

As discussed via WhatsApp, a refund was issued on our side. However, because a chargeback claim had already been submitted through your payment provider, the refund was automatically cancelled by the system. Once we became aware of the chargeback, we accepted it immediately. Unfortunately, chargebacks typically take longer to process than a standard refund, which is why we initially advised proceeding with the refund directly.

At STR8S0URCE, we aim to provide the highest level of service to all of our customers, and we regret that your experience did not reflect our usual standards.
