Funded account breached after internal discrepancies

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves transparency for other traders.

I passed both evaluation phases and was trading a funded account with solid performance. Shortly before my first payout window, my account was suddenly marked as breached due to a daily drawdown violation.

The main issue is this:
Stradger themselves acknowledged there were discrepancies between MT5 and their internal dashboard, and even admitted that a technical failure on their side prevented the account from being disabled at the supposed breach moment.

Despite this, the final decision was based purely on internal equity calculations that were never clearly visible in real time to the trader.

In other words, I traded using the data available on MT5 and their platform, but the final judgment relied on backend metrics I had no way to monitor live.

This creates a serious transparency problem.

To be fair, support remained polite and responsive, so this is not about rude customer service. However, the risk management and technical consistency are not at the level I would expect from a firm handling funded traders.

If you are considering trading with them, understand that internal metrics may override what you see on MT5, and discrepancies may not work in your favor.

Personally, this experience significantly reduced my trust in the firm.

Hello Edis, again For full clarity:

The daily drawdown on this funded account was exceeded based on real-time equity, exactly as defined in the funded account risk parameters.

During that session, the account experienced a rapid five-figure equity drop within a very short period of time, moving from positive territory to beyond –$11,000. This level of exposure directly triggered the predefined daily loss limit.

There were no hidden metrics and no retroactive calculations. The client portal reflected the correct equity data throughout the session. The only technical issue acknowledged was that the automatic account lock did not trigger instantly at the moment the threshold was crossed.

However, the loss limit had already been exceeded.

Risk parameters are absolute and apply equally to all traders, regardless of payout proximity or account status. They are based on equity, not on interface timing.

We understand that losing a funded account is frustrating. However, the breach was the result of the risk limits being exceeded, not of internal discrepancies or hidden rules.

Transparency and consistency remain core principles of our risk framework.
