I've bought shoes directly from Strangecvlt. Never again.

I've bought shoes directly from Strangecvlt before and each time has gotten progressively worse.

The first pair that I ordered a couple years ago were great and arrived in a decent time. I bought the second pair a few months ago (around October) and the shoes were great, but took about a month to arrive. This third pair...

I placed an order for the shoes on March 2, 2026. Got the order confirmation and everything. Fairly quickly - around March 19th and particularly for them, I get a "Order Shipped" email telling me that a label and tracking have been created - and that is the last I've heard anything from them. My two inquiries have gone unanswered and the post office doesn't even recognize the tracking number anymore.

It's now May 5 and still no shoes, no answers, no anything. I really wanted those shoes, but this is ridiculous. I will be going to PayPal and disputing the charge. I will also tell any- and every-one who asks to buy the shoes from a retailer like Hot Topic and not to bother with the company itself.

SHOES NEVER ARIVED - NO REFUND- buyer beware

I placed an order on Dec 13th - for two pairs of boots and a pair of spooky flats - i received the boots a month later after writing the company -stating ummmm where is my order? but the shoes never arrived- I contacted through the site, they wrote back on 3/12 Hi

So sorry about the delay with the Spooky Flats. They are arriving any day now and we will ship out everybody's orders.

the Strange Team - still no shoes - I contacted through social media - So finally after almost 5 months of this I filed a Better Business bureau complaint (never had to do that in my life) it is the principle-when i filed out the form I saw that strangecltz has several Better Business bureau complaints and complaints on redit -if strangecltz is reading this,this is regarding oder #79770 placed on Dec 13th i'm waiting for my refund for the shoes you never sent. buyer beware

Took 3 weeks to ship part of the order

Took 3 weeks to ship part of the order, which never arrived. I emailed their support, they never responded. After a month I finally called the number on their Instagram and whoever answered was very unhelpful. When I asked about the missing package they just said it was delivered, I asked if they had photo proof so I could find where it was delivered to and they said they would have to get back to me. I asked about the pair of shoes that hadn't shipped yet and they just said it was "weird" that it didn't ship. Didn't offer to send it out ASAP, they just said I'd "probably get a refund". Terrible customer service

Missing order- support NEVER responds

They ship with Amazon when you buy directly from their site. Not only did they ship weeks after my order was placed, but the package was lost- or not shipped, as the tracking never updated. The order tracking on their site says “contact Amazon”. Amazon says contact the shipper.
I’ve sent FOUR help emails and they’ve ignored every single one. I’ve filed two issues through the Shop app- also ignored. I reached out on social media- ignored. I’m going to have to file a chargeback back with my bank.

I will never, ever be shopping with them again. If I could give negative stars, I would.
