Item received. Really poor quality for a child's school bag and cost £56! I thought it was the real merch but it came from China! Item would be fine if I paid £20 at the most! Looks like it cost £10 from a knock off site!
I was drawn into this website by all the Netflix branding and frequent references to being the official store. I Ordered a hellfire club t-shirt which took 3 weeks to arrive (as opposed to the 3-7 business days listed on the website). Item was sent from China and was not a ‘quality product’. The T-shirt came up very small considering I ordered a 3XL (hoping it would be baggy). It was also made of a material similar to a fancy dress costume (stretchy polyester type fabric). It would be best to avoid this website!
My son saved up to order the white jumper that says “friends don’t lie” (Sweatshirt Stranger Things - Model A12) supposedly, it was originally £60.50 and had been reduced to £30.25. These prices and the fact that the website states “the official store” made my son believe that he would be receiving a quality item.
The postage said 3-5 days, it took 3 weeks. When it arrived, it stunk of a plastic/possibly inky smell - so much so that I had to wash it before my son would even try it on.
Once washed, he tried it on and realised that it was see though, you could see the lettering on the top beneath it and the drawstring holes were widened and frayed. Honestly, the biggest waste of his hard earned money and we cannot return because it’s not in its original condition. DO NOT order from here.
