Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many customers appreciate the aesthetic appeal and comfort of the products, finding them to be of good quality and offering good value for money. Several people mentioned that the straps look great and enhance the appearance of their watches, with some noting that the quality rivals more expensive alternatives. The variety of colors and the overall presentation of the products were also highlighted positively. However, some people were dissatisfied with the product quality, citing issues like straps breaking, colors merging, or the material not matching the description (e.g., magnetic "titanium" straps). There were also frequent complaints about extended delivery times, with some orders taking weeks to arrive, often exceeding stated estimates. Additionally, some customers found the pricing to be too high for the perceived quality, especially when comparing it to similar products available elsewhere.

Decent alternative to Apple's stock offerings, very slow shipping!

Ordered the titanium/Leather Ultra strap on 19th February, it arrived 10th March.
It was listed as available when I ordered the strap, but was advised this was designated as a "pre-order" due to a "delay with manufacturing" and as such subject to a longer shipping timescale. The provided tracking is unreliable and seems inaccurate.

That said, the strap did arrive, well packaged and it does seem to be a decent quality item.

To be honest, were Strapology to sort out the issues they have with getting the straps shipped to their customers, I would have no hesitation in recommending them, but they really do need to get the shipping/tracking issues resolved.

Quite poor quality for the price

Quite poor quality for the price. It took ages to arrive (I’m in the UK), and within a couple of months, the strap has
Discoloured really badly and the clasp regularly comes apart leading to our new family game ‘hunt for Dad’s watch strap metal bit’. For an £800 watch, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Happy now

Took quite along time to get here admitted they did say it could take a while, and then I open the box for it to be the wrong strap that I ordered which would have been fine because I don’t care that much but it then didn’t fit my watch at all so I’m now raging.
Edit:
They quickly emailed and changed my order with a complementary free strap aswell as the one I had previously ordered.
Happy customer 😋

I was dubious at first…

I was dubious at first as the strap was not as tough and strong looking as my original apple one. But i have been wearing it for quite a few weeks and it appears to be proving itself. Packaging and gift boxes are excellent. I will be reordering from this company in the future.

Strapology - Paid £49.99 for black titanium strap

Paid £49.99 for a black titanium strap. Within two weeks the black finish has already started chipping away. The quailty feels cheap and sub standard. £49.99 is an absolute rip off. Won’t be purchasing form this company again.

Chinese Cheap Straps sold at UK prices

I ordered 3 for 2. Cost was about £60. Order arrived after 2 weeks. It was obvious from the beginning that this business is registered to a flat in London. Within a week from the order, i heard nothing to suggest that my order was processed so i asked for the order to be cancelled. Within minutes, I received notification that order was dispatched from a Chinese address. Very odd given my cancellation request, seems to be a scamming tactic. I was then told to return it after arrival. Ive now returned and its a month of pain. Not only the return policy is the oddest and most suspicious one ive ever seen (you post it back at your own expense), but the delivery company also told me they cannot obtain access to the flat to complete the delivery. Not sure what others experience with the return/refund is, but its not far from a fraudster company behaviours so far.
