Strap looks great, good quality but does not click in securely to my apple watch. Contacted them twice about a replacement and no reply after 10 days, really poor! would not use them again! shame!... See more

Sent me the wrong strap

Sent me the wrong strap, no reply to any of my emails or their Instagram DM. Very horrible £40 spend and will never get satisfaction from them.

Straps of London, i wouldn't bother

I received the Titan strap, and initially everything seemed fine. However, after just three months, I noticed that the central retainer had come loose on both sides of the strap. I’ve contacted Straps of London multiple times but have yet to receive any response. The lack of a phone number for direct contact only adds to the frustration. Personally, I wouldn’t purchase from them again due to the extremely poor customer service. From what I’ve seen, recent customer experiences appear to reflect the same issues.

Poor Product Even Worse Customer Service

I received the "Titanium" strap as a Christmas gift, it looked okay at first, however fast forward to February and it's all marked up, the bracket links come loose, or don't sit right, I almost lost my Ultra 2. I reached out to the company hoping it would be covered under warranty or of they could offer any advice but zero response from the company, it seems like a take-your-money-and-run kind of operation and not one that I would recommend. In all honesty, I have seen the same strap on Temu for a fiver it's just cheap rubbish with even worse customer care.

Wrong size - unresponsive to resolve

Wrong size was sent. When raised I got no response after more than two weeks. Raised again and still no response, so the seller i simply ignoring issues. I have initiated a chargeback with my bank.

The strap also arrived in a cheap plastic bag like you would get from Aliexpress and had their own sticker stuck over a chinese label so they are clearly just buying cheaper items in bulk and marking up - not a criticism as that's how things are, but don't be fooled by the impression of 'quality'.

Strap okay, Temu packaging. Not luxury at all.

Review: Disappointing Experience with Straps of London Watch Strap

I recently purchased a watch strap from Straps of London, which they advertised as a luxury product with a listed price of £70. Fortunately, I managed to get it on offer for £39.99, with free delivery — one of the few positives in an otherwise disappointing experience.

Given the brand’s premium marketing and the high price point (on par with Apple’s official straps, which range from £45 to £99), I expected far more. What I received was far from “luxury.” The strap arrived in a flimsy plastic bag with a faded logo sticker, and the outer packaging was ripped and battered. For something supposedly worth £70, I expected at least a sturdy gift box or protective case — not packaging that looked like it came from a budget online marketplace.

For comparison, I previously bought a watch strap from TikTok Shop for £5.99 plus £2 shipping (£7.99 total). Shockingly, the Straps of London strap was only marginally better in quality. Honestly, I wish I’d just ordered more of the cheaper ones instead.

To be fair, the strap itself isn’t terrible. The metal is sturdy, and it fits well on my Apple Watch. However, the quality still doesn’t justify the steep price. Even at the discounted £39.99, I expected something closer in standard to Apple’s official straps, considering they market themselves as a luxury brand.

If a brand positions itself as luxury, that standard should be reflected in every aspect of the customer experience — from the product itself to its packaging and the overall presentation of the order. Unfortunately, Straps of London failed to deliver on all fronts.

To make matters worse, this strap was intended as a Christmas gift, so now I’ll have to buy a separate gift box, adding even more expense to an already overpriced purchase.

I also tried reaching out to the company via email and Instagram but received no response. If you’re considering buying from them, I’d recommend saving your money and opting for a more affordable option — you’ll likely get similar (if not better) quality for a fraction of the price.

Great company

Great company! The strap I purchased is as good if not better than advertised and the quality is unbelievable! I had a slight issue with the links which was my fault to be honest but the customer care was spot on and sorted me out with no problems. Recommend 100%

Perfect from start to finish

Everything about Straps of London is top notch! I purchased the Jubilee strap for my Apple Watch Series 7 and was incredibly impressed with the quality. For £30 you cannot go wrong! For the same product via Apple, they wanted £150 for the same strap! Now I'm upgrading to a Series 10 46mm and I was concerned whether the Jubilee 45mm strap for a series 6-9 would fit the new model. Sent an email off late Tuesday evening enquiring and had received a positive response from Amy Clarke within 12 hours! Top notch quality at the best possible price with even more exceptional customer service! Please pass on my thanks to Amy, fantastic customer service! I'll forever be purchasing from you!

Titan watch strap highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend Straps of London if you want a high quality watch strap at a very reasonable price! I purchased the Titan Titanium strap for my Apple Watch Ultra. Speedy delivery, I ordered on Sunday evening and it was posted through my letter box on Tuesday. The quality versus price is exceptional, it is lightweight, matches and compliments the watch so so well.
Why pay a premium for a strap when you get real value for money from Straps of London!
Credit where credit is due!!

Very impressed

I am actually quite impressed with this company and my purchase. I had wanted a nice titanium strap for my Apple Watch Ultra 2 but there was no way I was prepared to pay £200 - £300 for one. I actually stumbled across Straps of London being advertised on Instagram and found a lovely titanium strap on sale. I also got an extra £10 off by spinning a wheel thing! I didn’t get a despatch notice but when I emailed the company to check on delivery they got right back to me. It turned out it had already been delivered and it was at home waiting for me when I got back from work. The strap itself looks absolutely stunning and I can’t fault the quality at all - especially considering the price! You wouldn’t know I paid around £35 for this as it looks exactly the same as one from one of the known brands. I expect the sale runs all the time and I will have to see how the strap ages, but overall I am extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from Straps of London again.

Really happy with my beautiful Jubilee strap. Fast delivery. The silver and gold looks great with the starlight colour Apple Watch, and gives it such an expensive feel. The link adjuster was hard to use but I may have got unlucky with stiff links (other reviews don’t seem to have had this problem)! Still beats having to pay a professional to remove links. Really recommend!

Breach of contract

Ordered a strap and Apple Watch case in November 2023. Strap received but not the case. Despite multiple attempts to contact this company I have had no response nor explanation from them as to why they have failed to honour the contract and have chosen to keep my money. Reporting them to Trading Standards. Beware.
