I have been to many other builders but my experience at strata was exhausting, from the customer experience manager to the financial advisor practically making life difficult. We were not duly informed about deadlines until we made a reservation. Everything surround the deal was centered around strata without any considerations for the customer. My wife was practically mentally exhausted and I had to request for a refund of my deposit even though we wanted the house. We didn’t feel supported and encouraged to get our house with strata - they were just issuing deadlines in a very hostile way without empathy.

Second review for Strata - we’ve now been in our lovely home on the Cherish site for three months and the level of service has been amazing. The service team are always prompt in responding and get works booked in straight away - thank you to Karla and Kristie who are always on hand to help.

Another big thank you to Jeff who has been out again today - he goes above and beyond every time he comes out - he’s really friendly and does a great job, his attention to detail is second to none and he’s lovely with my 3 year old who always wants a nosey at what work he’s doing!

We are really happy in our home and recommend Strata to anyone thinking of buying a new build.

Was interested in a property but due to circumstances at the time I was unable to follow through with it. However, Jen at Anthem in Beverley managed to help me save it until I was ready. Thanks to Jen I've managed to follow through with the process for the house and couldn't be happier!! With me being a first time buyer I thought this process would've been a lot more difficult, but she was extremely helpful and always provided updates to me whenever possible. I simply wouldn't of been able to get through this without her.

Jen in the Beverley office was extremely friendly and professional and gave me all the information I required. I was able to view the property I was interested in and the whole experience went well. Thank you for all your help Jen and the follow up calls too. Much appreciated

We already have a Strata property in Wakefield and recently went to view a house on the Desire site in Leeds. The houses do look to have improved from the one we bought 6 years ago. The viewings were made really impressive by Bethany (Betty) who took time to show us round several properties all of different styles. She was really knowledgeable, not pushy and a pleasure to meet. I would recommend contacting Betty should you be looking to purchase a Strata property in the area.

Kiera went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care and clarity despite the fact that we were a little bit impatient😂. There were days I visited 4 times and she was attentive all through. It’s rare to find someone so personable and efficient, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had her by our side. Jeff and Les attended yesterday to complete lots of the snagging work I have outstanding on my property. They are both super friendly and efficient and went above and beyond to get as much completed as possible. Hopefully they will be booked to return to complete the rest of the works. Thank you

Melanie and Sam the part exchange team where absolutely fantastic, they both were always on hand to help with any queries or to give expert advice.
They both are a big asset to strata, they went above and beyond what was expected making sure every thing ran as smoothly as it could.
They were both understanding when things were out of our control and helped by advising and even speaking with mortgage brokers and solicitors directly to help move things along.
I would recommend part exchange with strata due to the fact they gave a fair price for my old house along with generous extras and the guidance they provided and support offered.
Kiera in the sales office was polite and very helpful and informative, helping in securing a good price on both the part exchange and the price of the house.
I would like to thank the "team" for all there help and would recommend strata 100%...
Now we are all moved in let's hope the after service is as good.

Terrible aftercare once we purchased a property from them - every small issue they would try to get out of putting right. The whole process was exhausting - I do not understand why they bother having a customer care department as most of the negative experiences are a result of their failings to correct issues - It is surely cheaper to resolve them than constantly looking to avoid blame.

First time reviewer on trustpilot but credit where it’s due, loved the feel of the strata website for Anthem at Beverley so popped in without an appointment and was greeted by Jen. I have to say I have been most impressed with the experience so far, a well laid out complex of homes, a very welcoming and nuanced customer service from Mrs Hill-Wickham and very classy show home’s..(I feel my old furniture is just not up to par now).
Very much looking forward to continuing our business together.

Happy to take your money then avoid any accountability to deliver a product like they promise

Strata. Still have not sorted the roads and pavements out on hu9 Preston Road hull. When will these get done only been waiting years! No lighting in the streets when will this be sorted! Builders parking on public footpaths. Lorry’s damaging public footpaths and roads!!

Jeff painted the nail pops and stairs. Very tidy, courteous and finished work looks great.

Our Unit has had issues of hob emitting smoke since moving in November, this still has not been resolved leaving our family especially the children stranded
