I was recommended stratega law by a mortgage advisor. I am new to uk house purchase and was very doubtful about the process hassles. 2021- July- Oct was really tough period for solicitors due to overload everywhere.

Inspire of these conditions, Emma Hutton from strategalaw was able to assist me in my first house purchase in cambridge and it was a pleasure to deal with her. I would say that she was spot on in responding to my queries and chasing up things with sellers or agents. The document upload in online system is another nice feature where we could get updates on what’s happening in searches / enquiries.

Emma has always responded within hours of my email and true and transparent to the happenings. Considering others experience with other solicitors during that period I would say Emma had assisted me in the conveyance process exceptionally well.

We started the house purchase process with Strategalaw through a friend reference. We have been struggling to find the right solicitor who understand our need and timeline to achieve it. Joanna was initial contact who explained all the process and resolve most of queries for initial stage, she is amazing in customer service. Later, Aysel Ibrahim handled our case and she provided excellent service in regards to chasing seller solicitor, responding to us and lender solicitor within timeline. The process was so transparent so I can view all the communication between solicitors, search surveys agency and estate agent. I would say that she is superb in terms of response and beat the timeline of house purchase which was looking hectic in beginning. The handler for my conveyancing was Lily Benson at the Cheam Surrey office.
From start to finish she was excellent.
2 sales fell through before completion today and throughout she was efficient, friendly, polite, a pleasure to deal with.
I did have some dealings with another member of staff but sadly the experience with them fell way short of Lily’s standard.
Well done Lily! Would highly recommend her.
