Practical guide for investment
I like the idea to have an investment which creates Alpha over the Index. I am following advise from Suyog shared in very core members platform Conviction Club. Best thing is that Strategic Alpha provides multiple ways to invest/play in the market based on your activeness. Be it deep value or satellite basket, one can create a wealth.
Sometimes there are free online sessions conducted by Suyog.

Live Workshop on Multibagger Investing Strategy
The best part discussed in the session is related to identifying value stocks with good fundamentals. This approach limits the downside risk. Further, the entry criteria were also discussed to limit the exposure along with the exit rules.
