It doesn't stay in place .Disappointed in it.

ordered 4 beer bottle and can coolers but order arrived as can cooler only. went through the due process of trying to resolve the problem but was put on the merry go round .their is no refund process, and if you want to return the item it is at your expence.very arrogant people to deal with' not recomended to buy from

Bought what was supposed to have been a motorcycle headlight !!! Its was a cheap plastic wall hanger with 2 small led lights in the eye sockets. This will not wire up on a motorcyle light system. It has no dip beam and an on off manual switch. This will FAIL an MOT !!! It is sold as a HEADLIGHT which is total FRAUD and has been reported to TRADING STANDARDS.

I have been waiting on my order for over two months. I contact the company for a refund so far I have not recieved my shoes or my refund. Buyer Beware!!!

Terrible company!!! I have been trying to return 2 items that don't fit. I paid over $40.00 and they want you give me $3.00 compensation. I want to send them back but they won't send me the address.

I ordered a pair of the mesh flats that were advertised on Facebook despite my initial reservation that it could’ve been a scam. Hoping I was wrong, I ordered anyway. It has been almost 2 months since I placed my order and I STILL haven’t received it. I have contacted them several times and have only been given the run around. This is very upsetting and frustrating. I’ll NEVER place another order from a facebook ad no matter how much I want the product. BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company Strategicy is not to be trusted! They are true SCAMMERS!!!
Update: So I finally received my shoes after two months of trying to contact this company and even requested a refund. OF COURSE there was no one to reply to a request for refund so all I could do was wait and hope they arrived. They arrived and look exactly like the advertisement, BUT the part that goes around your ankle is way too big. They are not secure on my feet and would easily come off while walking. Again, purchase from them at your own risk, but I sure would not.

I’ve been waiting for 2 pairs of mesh flats since October!!!! They have my $40 plus dollars, I’d like my shoes or a refund! Can’t recall just how many times I’ve contacted them and all I get is lip service!
Frustrated!!!

I purchased a shirt and it was way too small so I requested the address to send it back they have been giving me the runaround for two weeks always saying that they wanted to resolve the problem so they offer you 2 dollars they say it is too expensive to send back bottom line make sure you order the correct size or you are screwed don't buy this product go to a reputable store

Strategicy is a Scam!!! Shameful!!! If we could give them a zero we would. The product is NOT true to size. They gave us the run around when we asked about returning the shirts. And their final answer you can sell them or donate to charity. Not helpful. Smarmy. Would never, ever recommend them or use them again.

I should have noted all the great 5 star reviews were first timers (but I am too).
I saw the ad on Facebook and it looked appealing. There was no clear mention that it was a US company so there was a long delay in getting the goods and a charge on my bank account for a dollar transaction. When the top arrived the subtle colour of the ad was a lurid pink and the sizing was so tight I could hardly get it on. I assume American large is not English large. The route to a refund was not at all clear so I sucked it up and a charity shop will benefit.

The fabric is very high quality and the stitching impeccable… I’m very satisfied with my purchase, would definitely buy again!

I like the cotton material and all the great colors they come in.

It has undergone numerous washes now and hasn’t shown signs of wear.

Good advertising.
Bag arrived and within less than 3 hours use the straps were fraying.
Offered $3 compensation and to keep the useless bag.

Paid £17.77 for a solar starlight advertised at £9.99 rest postage
Box arrived damaged in transit and light failed to work
After much too -ing and fro-ing from a customer service who are the worst I have ever come across either ignore the query or put every obsticle in your way for you to withdraw your complaint even after photos provided. Offered a ridiculous $2 yes dollar refund I have gone through my credit card company to try help resolve
You will notice most if not all negative comments are removed from their site on FB too!
AVOID at all costs - you have been warned - absolutely shocking guys

Strategicy has ruined my expectations about purchasing clothing online forever. Also, IT SHOULD mention that there REALLY Isn't a "refund policy" and THAT A RETURN ADDRESS doesn't exist.

The adult trousers I ordered were bad quality and we're so small they wouldn't have fit a 12 year old.
DO NOT ORDER!!!

I purchased some tops from Strategicy. The order was confirmed as a particular but when the receipt came through by PayPal they had added on a 25% GST amount. After questioning the legality of this the money was refunded. When the clothing arrived the fabric was so cheap and thin, really nothing like that depicted online. Another lesson learned.

scammers! clothes are cheap materials and don't look like what they do on the site. No return policy what so ever.
