We've now used Strathclyde Windows 3 times as we worked our way round the house we moved into in early 2025. They've replaced all our windows, our French doors, storm doors and reglazed our internal front door.
After our excellent first experience we didnt bother to look elsewhere.
Alan was professional without being pushy. He pointed out that our front door was in good condition and could just be reglazed instead of trying to make a bigger sale with a replacement. Gordon kept us informed of how our order was progressing and worked with us on scheduling. The fitters were punctual, professional and left the place tidy
I would happily recommend this company and have already done so to some friends.

Great job all round. Alan was very helpful and Scott and Co did a really good job of installing the windows. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Gordon was helpful in explaining what difference was between my windows and quotes from other companies and gave me a competitive quote. Alan then listened to what I was wanting and worked with me, sending me drawings a couple of times to ensure order was exactly what I wanted. The fitters arrived as expected and installed the 6 windows within the expected 2 days and cleaned up after themselves. About a week later I got the invoice and 10 year guarantee sent to me and paid balance. So overall a good price, good service and professional.

The whole experience from the initial contact to installation was seamless. I was in control of what I wanted and at no time under pressure to buy something else.
Although Strathclyde Windows were not the cheapest quote, they weren't the most expensive. The fitters were amazing, cleaning up after themselves and extremely efficient. The french and back door are of a good quality and look gorgeous. I couldn't be happier with the work.

We took quite a time deciding who would be the best company to supply and fit our windows and doors. We finally decided on Strathclyde Windows, and my goodness did they prove to be the best company for our job. They were very friendly and accommodating people to deal with from start to finish. We are so grateful to Gordon, Alan, Peter and all the fitters who were not only very personable and respectful, but highly professional in the way they carried out their work each day. The sheer quality of the windows and doors is outstanding to say the least, and we are more than happy with them. They look fabulous and are far better than what even we expected! The communication between Alan, Gordon and ourselves was excellent and is so refreshing these days. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy and content with their work, and the whole experience proved remarkably enjoyable during the whole process! They respected our house throughout and tidied up each day going above and beyond our expectations. Even the companies who came up afterwards to measure blinds for the new windows, commented on the high standard of them. So it goes without saying, that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Strathclyde Windows to anyone wanting a high quality product and a great work ethic from very friendly and approachable staff!

From start to finish everything was straightforward. Quote provided, date agreed, although I had to change the original date which was not a problem to Gordon/Alan. The 2 guys who fitted the windows were excellent. Arrived when they said they would both days. Even the most difficult window to remove was done with the utmost care and no damage to surrounding tile. I can certainly recommend Strathclyde Windows.

We had Strathclyde Windows in to do 9 Windows and a door at my mum's place. Right from the outset they impressed me with their attitude. We'd had a few quotes from other companies and Strathclyde were the last company to quote us. They were totally upfront about the pricing there were no one day only deals, pushy finance agreements or prices that changed to try and get the job. Just a simple visit to find out what we wanted then a single quote for the job at a reasonable price.

Once we decided to go with them communication was excellent. Alan and Gordon were both responsive and were top class in getting back to us whenever we had any questions.

The Job itself was done with minimal disruption and hassle to us. The Fitters on site were polite and hardworking. The job took a little longer than initially planned with one room needing to be left at the end of the 2nd day of install. Despite having another job on the guys came back to finish up on the Friday morning of that week.

The windows have been in for a little while now and we've been really happy with them. Both Alan and Gordon followed up with us after the install to make sure everything was good. I'd recommend Strathclyde Windows to anyone looking to get windows done. I can't fault our experience with them at all.

I recently had my windows and doors replaced by Strathclyde Window and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful from start to finish, explaining everything clearly and making the whole process easy.
The installation was done to a very high standard, and the quality of the windows and doors is excellent. You can really notice the difference straight away, both in appearance and insulation.
The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Great attention to detail and workmanship throughout.

Refreshing honesty from both Gordon & Allan in an industry infamous for it’s hard sell.

When discussing options we were actually recommended an option which cost us less, which in my opinion, showcased just how much honesty and doing the right thing for the customer is at the centre of what they do.

The product itself (5 windows and a new front door) is of the highest quality and what a difference we have been feeling in our home almost immediately.

Fitters were timeous, professional and left our house looking as if no one had ever been in it - immaculate!

If you’re after top quality products without the hard sell and from guys who will yreat your project as if they’re doing it on their own home, then look no further

From telephone call with Gordon, home visit from Alan (no hard sell) and installation by Scott, William and Ryan it was a seamless process.
Gordon got us a very competitive price for 7 windows, front door and patio doors. Alan talked me through our options and as I said there was no hard sell.
When it came to the fitting of windows the appointment was made for my convenience. The boys turned up on time ,made a plan on where to start and got on with it. All 3 where a pleasure to have in the house and they worked hard. The house was left tidy
Even though the house is rendered they managed to remove the windows and doors without any coming off. Which I was delighted with.
All rubbish was removed at the end of the second day
We are absolutely delighted with all the work and our new windows

I contacted a few companies for 2 windows on my 3rd floor appartment in Glasgow city center and I got the best quote from Strathclyde Windows. Some companies were even complicating the matters for it being the third floor but everything was straightforward with Strathclyde Windows. Alan came on time and took the measurements, and the actual fitters (great guys) did the job spotlessly - nicely and professionally finished. Can't fault it, will highly recommend.

We spent a while looking into various options to replace our windows and when we checked out Strathclyde Windows - knew it was the one for us.
No sales gimmicks, fair pricing, good communication, great products - easy decision. Really straightforward to get booked in, the team who came out to install were brilliant and very tidy, and afterwards the guys have been great at checking in and making sure we're 100% happy. The windows are great, team are great and process was super easy for us.

Alan came first and he explained the process very well and as discussed the fitters Scott and William arrived when expected and did a great job. Recently had new triple glazed windows fitted in the house - from the minute we called it has been a great experience. Excellent communication throughout and an excellent experience with Scott and William who fitted the windows; house left as they found it and no damage whatsoever. Would highly recommend the company for new windows; we contacted 3 different companies for quotes and glad we chose Strathclyde.

Just as advertised - no messing about. Alan turned up at the appointed time to quote for 3 large windows in a common stairwell. His price was the best of several quotes. His guys started erecting scaffolding as agreed and Scott and William finished installing the windows and facia boards in two days. They left the stairwell clean and tidy.

I was really pleased with the job Strathclyde Windows performed as they replaced the windows and doors in my 2 storey house, the men Iain and Alex working really well, and having the task completed within 2 days
