I had a couple of great sessions with Kamilla. Every activity she had me do helped a lot - not just in terms of career but also general life. After just a month I felt much more confident, self-assured, and clear. I know what I want and who I am more than I did before. I’d strongly recommend!

I was connected quickly with a coach that has experience in my career area. Amy has attended every meeting on time and checks in with me during the week. She has helped me navigate a tricky job situation in a way that makes me seen, heard and valued. I highly recommend these services.

Coach seemed good initially. However, he canceled my third session with less than 24 hours notice by messaging me at approximately 1:00 in the morning on the day of my session (when I as a client am expected to give 24 hours notice when canceling a session). For the fourth session he rescheduled at the last minute (less than 6 hours notice). Additionally for my fourth session he provided conflicting information about my session start time—the schedule stated 5:30 pm but in his message to me he stated 6:30 pm. When I messaged him asking him to clarify he couldn’t be bothered to respond. Strawberry.me is a highly unprofessional company and I don’t recommend it all. They stole my money and wasted my time.

I had a very good coach. She helped me clarify what I wanted to achieve and setting goals. She asked the right questions for me to realize what I needed to get unstuck and move toward those goals. I feel this is a good service

The company itself is great, the system they've implemented is intuitive and the pricing is reasonable. BUT the true value is the coaches they have on hand. I got paired with a gentleman named Logan and the things that this guy helped me see were incredible. Items that were crucial to my development that I had unknowingly turned a blind eye to. I recommend these guys to anyone who will listen

I've never worked with a career coach before and it's making a HUGE difference with clearing the fog/confusion on how to move forward with my career path. The process was rooted in knowing my personal values, understanding what I do and don't like about my current job, talking through several career pivot ideas, and my career coach asking specific life goal questions based on my thought process. Working with Byron has helped me create a clear career path that I'm excited about, action steps each week that lead me towards my goal, and important reflective questions connected to my career. I gave the first day a try and I loved it, so I stayed, and I highly recommend this option for anyone who is looking for personalized guidance with their career path.

BEWARE. They charge you on a recurring basis REGARDLESS of whether you have your meetings. They will not give you a single dollar back. Slip up once and they will rob you. I would find other services

I loved the whole thing! The platform made it easy to get matched and interact with an excellent and appropriate coach to meet my needs. My coach was perfect; I went from a spiraling anxious mess to having significantly more tools, clarity, and self-confidence within a few weeks. I looked forward to my sessions and credit my momentum forward to my coach!

Strawberry.me has been a really helpful support during a major career transition after nearly 10 years in leadership. I’m currently moving out of a long-term executive role, launching my own business, exploring new contract opportunities, and figuring out what to prioritize next - all while coming out of a period of burnout.

It has been nice to have someone outside of my immediate circle to talk things through with. Coaching has given me a dedicated space to step back, sort through a lot of moving pieces, and think more realistically about pace, priorities, and progress.

I’ve also appreciated the exercises and prompts between sessions. They give me something practical to reflect on between calls and help keep the momentum going.

I’ve never done coaching before and wasn’t sure what to expect. The matching process was easy and worked great because I was paired with an excellent coach who asked all the right questions, guided, and challenged me in all the ways I needed to navigate a difficult career transition. The support team was also wonderful when I had a question and managed an account fix for me. Would highly recommend.

I am finding this experience very helpful. My coach is an excellent listener and is able to help me find brevity for the complicated things rolling around in my head. It is still early in my experience, but I am feeling hopeful about my future options.

I was a job hopper that no matter how many times I re-wrote my resume was not getting call backs. I simply started coaching for resume assistance and mock interview help. I never understood why I job hopped and thought I needed a career change but my counselor (Joy N.) helped me to understand why I felt the way I did about previous workplace experiences. I was so negative about my job hopping and blamed myself in a negative way. My counselor helped me to change the narrative and think more positively about my situation which actually helped me apply the same teachings to real life. I was fortunate enough to get a position within a month but I personally decided that I would continue the sessions to help me navigate the workplace and my new position to be successful. I’m already evidence the program works with the new position opportunity but know continuing will build my career. Shout out to the amazing Joy N.

Coach followed a scripted process instead of listening. He asked the same question three times when I said I don’t know. When I gave honest feedback, he exited the relationship rather than adapting. He was not equipped for complex cases.

Working with an experienced coach helped me through a discovery phase, during which I quickly recognized routine patterns and behaviors (positive and negative). These often stood in the way of success and manifested in fears that created a downward spiral. Now, I am closer to getting unstuck and finding a consistent balance.

The platform has been great to connect me with a coach when I was seeking one and had no way to find one. When you're not in big networks, its a bit more challenging to find someone to help you resolve the little and big issues in your mind and unlock growth in your career. My coach from Strawberry has helped me so much in creating a safe space and keeping accountability of my goals and helping me find the answers within.
