At first, I was told I could withdraw anytime, but when I tried, they claimed I needed to "upgrade" my account first by depositing more money. I refused, and suddenly my entire account was "under review." It was a never-ending cycle of lies! I felt hopeless until the name on my profile picture stepped in and guided me through the recovery process.
