Ant used to do it, Allavsoft used to do it, now they both don't - and nothing has changed for the site I use - but StreamFab DRM Dash downloader does work, even if the trial gives me the first 16 mins and no more (unless I pay for it)...

Some days Netflix will download
Some days Netflix will download, other days it will not. Same with Prime. It has nothing to do with my login since I am able to log in nor does it have to do with my browser settings since it works some days and other days it does not.

really bad experience
really bad experience. when I tried the drm mpd downloader for the first time in the trial version it worked as it should so I chose to buy it full-time. for the first 3-4 months it worked as it should but then the problems suddenly started, it wouldn't record subtitles I wrote to customer service and it took them about 8 months to fix it then it worked again but the same day more errors appeared it wouldn't merge it into the movie I wrote to customer service where I was wrong it worked so they said no there were errors in the subtitles they needed to forward to the developer. so in total 1 year and 4 months there have been errors in the program and I am still struggling with them in customer service they don’t want to fix it. DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY DON'T FIX THE ERRORS WASTE OF MONEY I haven’t been able to use the program for almost 1.5 years they don’t want to listen to the problems.
