Cancellation process for their subscription hides the actual cancellation confirmation behind a discounted rate button where you pay 6 months in advance. I misclicked and was charged without any kind of secondary confirmation.
I was fine with keeping the 6 months but still wanted to cancel after any paid service was complete I went back through the cancellation process and instead my subscription was cancelled immediately.
Attempted to contact support to either seek a refund or reinstate my subscription for any paid period and was met with "can't do anything".
I also ordered some prints together in the same payment and only had one show up on my account for tracking. I had to reach out to find out why the second order wasn't there to be told "They're were separate orders but I'll put this one on your account." Their systems don't seem entirely reliable.
Unfortunately they are the only company that offers this sort of service otherwise I would have utilised someone else.

I purchased a print for my daughter and paid the extra fee for her print to be signed during the livestream. The signing was supposed to happen on Twitch at 10 am PST. She was all set up and ready but there was nothing on Twitch when it was supposed to happen. We searched other sites (YouTube, TixTok, Instagram) and there was nothing. I kept searching thinking there would be release of the recorded stream. Well, I finally found a note on Sam Haft's Twitter about the signing being pushed back to 11am PST and going live on TikTok not Twitch. I contacted Streamily about this issue ad asked that they reach out to see if there's a recorded show. At least my daughter could still watch. Essentially, they said they have no control. There was no acknowledgment of this whole process gone wrong being a problem. If they are charging extra for a certain service, they should fulfill that service or "make it right". I emailed them about this and have received no further feedback. This was a horrible experience and I would NOT recommend this company.

In May 2023 I placed an order with Streamily. To this day I have not received anything and paid over 80 dollars for nothing.
In July 2023, Streamily informed me that the order was on its way and gave me a tracking number. Several weeks later, in October 2023, I received the information that the package could not be delivered and would be returned to the sender. This I acknowledge was not Streamily’s fault. I reached out to their customer support, inquiring what the process would be to have the order resent or replaced. Of course I would have paid any additional delivery fees. The message I received in response was:
„Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out. We deal with returned orders on a daily basis. Once an order is marked as returned to sender, nothing can be done from our end until it is received back to our warehouse. Once we receive it, we will reach out to you to confirm that shipping address and process again for you.“
About three months later (January 2024)I still had not received any updates so I reached out again and asked if the package had arrived by then. The response was as follows:
„Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out. The only information we have is the same information that you have through the tracking details. We do not have any additional information that we are able to provide.
We cannot do anything further until this order is received back to our warehouse. At this point in time, we have still not received it.“
Okay, fair enough. International deliveries can sometimes take a while. However, another three months later, there was still no update or information about what had happened with the order. So I reached out to Streamily again and got the exact same copy-pasted answer as above:
„We cannot do anything further until this order is received back to our warehouse. At this point in time, we have still not received it.“
I asked what the procedure was in case a package was lost in transit (for all I knew, my order might have fallen into the sea and is lost for good). My question was ignored. I requested the case to be escalated to a supervisor or someone with the authority to actually help me and find a solution. I was once again ignored. It has now been almost 10 months since the order was returned to the sender and over 12 months since I placed the order itself and Streamily has done nothing at all to resend it, replace it or find any kind of solution. I strongly suspect, they are playing the long game and are waiting for me to stop asking and accept the fact that I have lost my money.
A few days ago I sent one last e-mail demanding a full refund due to the company’s inability to fulfill the sales contract and their Refund Policy stating that: „Full Refunds are issued if after 60 days after domestic shipment (90 days after international shipment) merchandise is deemed lost or stolen and is unable to be replaced.“
It has now been way longer than 90 days since shipment and return and no effort has been made by Streamily to do anything at all to replace the order or resend it. I fully expect them to once again ignore my message and I will take more serious measures in that case.
I have been very, very patient so far but enough is simply enough. This company is a sham and their behavior absolutely despicable.
Edit from 27 June 2024: As requested in the comment below, I sent yet another e-mail to Streamily on Friday, 21 June 2024. Unsurprisingly, I have not yet received any reaction at all, just like with my previous attempts to get this resolved. This clearly shows that the company does not care at all about its customers and I can only recommend that people stay away from them.
Edit 2 from 9 July 2024: I finally received my refund due to the shipping company declaring the package lost at long last, which was finally reason enough for Streamily to acknowledge that a refund is warranted.
But it is really unbelievable how much time and effort I had to waste on this matter.

Will never use this service again. To start, their communication is abysmal. They didn't post a time/location for one of their signings. I emailed them about it and a week later they still hadn't responded so I sent another email. They then finally sent me an email saying not to send multiple emails to them. What. The. Heck. They didn't even answer the original question! Their lack of communication is infuriating and will prevent me from ever recommending this service to anyone in the future.

I still have not received my order. I placed it on April 20, 2024, and it has yet to arrive. It is not worth the inflated price if the talent and delivery agencies are going to take this long to satisfy an order.

One star is too much to give. Lemme explain, I purchased a print signed by Patrick Pedraza back in January and Streamily sended the package in the beggining of February. Everything seemed fine until month later when the package was returned from my country for wrong adress. This was ridicilous because i purchase stuff from international sites for years now and i never had such situation. I immidietly contacted their support and they told me that it will take a while till they resent it, now its June and nothing has happened. I asked for a refund and they told me to give them a screenshot of the email from my local posts that the package is indeed not in their possesion and i did it, but i was totally ignored after that. I've sended bunch of emails after that and the only respose i get is to check the tracking. The tracking tho, clearly shows that the print is somewhere in the Netherlands after being returned from my country (Bulgaria). I ask them what do I do and I get only the response to check the tracking and refuse to help in any way as it seems. My only mistake was to purchase from them and now i have no print and no money. This is just sad because the print was ment for a birthday present this April which has already past and there is no use of it anymore. All i want is to at least get my money back

I purchased an authentic autograph of talent on May 23. Basically, it’s artwork of The Owl House. I got it signed by Sarah-Nicole Robles, the voice actor of Luz Noceda, on May 28. She’s on top of things so make sure to choose a voice actor that signs things frequently. Then she sent it to the warehouse for processing. The shipping label was created on May 31. I received it on June 6, which was faster than I expected. Part of me was disheartened reading the bad reviews because so many customers were left in the dark and/or scammed. I’m glad I took a chance on Streamily.

Edited to update my experience:
I was originally sent another person's customized order. I worked with Streamily to send that order back and they sent me my correct order after a period of time. While it took me much longer to receive my order than expected, I'm happy they worked with me to deliver the correct item.

Received zero information I couldn’t already see on the website. It was just a copy and pasted generic response. My order has been pushed back for 9 months and all I wanted was some information or updates and just nothing. :/

I had read the reviews and was quite dubious, but was pleasantly surprised. Couldn't pass up the opportunity for a custom Ray Chase signed print, so I went for it. It arrived a lot sooner than I thought it would to the UK and very safely packaged. It was a particularly bad day for me when it arrived, so thanks for cheering me up Stramily!

I was so happy that Kristin Fairlie signed an autograph that I ordered!! I appreciate that Streamily company did a good job shipping my order with frame amd certificate of authenticity into my right location. I thank Streamily company for their hospitality, conciseness, accuracy, and excellent customer service. I thought they might scammed my order but they honestly ship my order right away into my right location. I appreciate Streamily Company for shipping my order quickly and honestly into our right location woth guarantee. She signed an autograph streamily on May 10th and then Streamily company shipped my order quickly into our right location till July 8th 2024. Shipping was a bit slow and it arrived my order on time without delays.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before I made a purchase. In March of this year I ordered a signed print with certificate of authentication as well as a streamily family membership so the print would be signed on livestream as a gift for my husband's birthday. The livestream was supposed to occur at the end of April. The week of the livestream it was rescheduled to the first week of May. Then later that week it was rescheduled to the end of May. The day of the livestream came and went and the livestream never occurred. There have been no updates regarding the livestream since then. I emailed customer service the day of the livestream to see if it was rescheduled and received no answer. The following day I followed up because I still received no update. To my disappointment I received an email from their customer service asking me to stop sending multiple emails because it messes with the queue. I totally understand that they would not want me to send multiple emails. However, if they had kept me updated I wouldn't have had to follow up. Also, they were quite rude in their response. I am justifiably upset that I have been paying for a streamily subscription for 3 months and have yet to receive my autograph or livestream. I'm left with such a sour taste in my mouth that I would prefer a full refund at this point. I don't even want to wait for the talent to sign my print anymore. The way streamily has handled this is too upsetting for me to want to do business with them any longer. I don't blame the talent at all, it is totally Streamily's fault for poor communication and customer service.

I had a request put in to a Steamily signer. The price of the print went up so I did not know if changing anything on it would increase the price. The content creator did part of the request. I messaged the content creator which she told me to contact streamily directly. Streamily said that she saw my instructions. It still remains a mistery if the quote was put on there.
