Don't Use Streaming Mafia It's Scam
I placed orders, and they were supposed to be lifetime no-drop refills, but everything dropped within just a week. I complained multiple times—both through the support site and on WhatsApp—but now no one responds. The service is so terrible and pathetic that I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use it. I don’t even understand how these idiots got a 4.7 rating—they don’t even deserve 1 star. And those who are praising them must’ve gotten their sister engaged to the CEO or something.

I sometimes have unfinished orders
I sometimes have unfinished orders. They handle cancellation requests very quickly. Unlike other panels, they don’t say “added to cancel” for cancellation. I didn’t have to wait for weeks to cancel. This is the best for me because I’m a seller too, and I need quick actions.

Great and quick way to have your songs removed by Spotify
Been using them for a 2 years. They were really good but in the last months I've seen a sharp decline in quality.
Don't bother buying their self-proclaimed "ELITE" services 'cause they WILL get your songs taken down. That is what happened to me. I only used spotifypanel, never a different panel. Well right before Christmas I've received a Christmas present by my distributor and Spotify where nearly all of my songs (that I used spotifypanel for) got taken down :)
You can imagine how frustrated I was.
The songs are reuploaded again, but some of them are missing a lot of streams I bought so that's money thrown out of the window.
I would've recommended them a year ago. But right now I can only recommend them if you want to get your songs taken down and go through the hassle of reuploading them again + having the danger of having your account permabanned by Spotify.
Another thing that I would like to share here. They have those cool "ELITE" web 2.0 monthly listeners services that are among the most expensive ones. They worked like a charm half a year ago, but now if you buy e.g. 5000 monthly listeners. Spotify will most certainly flag the majority of them and your account will only show that you have about 1-2k monthly listeners. What happened to the rest you ask? A quick look at your Artists Spotify page will have an explanation by Spotify itself, where they state that artificial listeners were detected, flagged and are therefore not shown on your page.
So yeah, Spotify knows and if you had a great provider Spotify wouldn't know :)

All my songs from Spotify were flagged and removed, even after I add only 2 000 Streams per day,
Don't trust their service for spotify or even youtube
For Youtube Views I had problems as well . The views decreased constantly . After I ask more than 3 times to refill , I ask my money back because my channel start to look Funny/ Unworthy of any serious attention
Please be very careful when you order from them

I've been using Spotify Panel for about…
I've been using Spotify Panel for about two months now, and before that, I tried tons of different panels/services. I’ve worked with so many people who call themselves music promoters, and honestly, about 90% of it was a disappointment. But these last two months with Spotify Panel have been a real lifesaver after all that struggle. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying everything’s perfect and without issues, but whenever I reach out, there’s always someone there to help. They resolve problems quickly, and they’re fair. Their monthly listener and charts services are total game changers, and out of over 150 orders in the past two months, I only had issues with 6 of them. They refunded me quickly, and when I placed the orders again, everything worked smoothly. Long story short, this panel is like an oasis in the desert, and I’d say it’s a must-have for independent musicians. Thanks, SP!

I think the people leaving bad reviews have probably never used an SMM panel in their life or even made a proper online purchase. I don’t know where you’ve seen support like Spotify Panel’s, maybe on eBay? JAP? lol. Even though it’s not always perfect, they don’t leave you hanging, and that’s the most important thing for me now. I recommend giving it a try without taking the negative reviews too seriously. They even give you free test credit, so what do you have to lose?
