Fast responding and good quality on the iptv!

Agent was knowledgeable, efficient and patient, with this "newbie " who needed technical help as well as some general help with Everestcast interface.

Having been using them for icecast radio for years

The services are great. Support is great.

Stream Up are simply the best when it comes to customer support & service. They answer tickets raised extremely quickly with great support helping out with everything you require. They also have an online chat so when you go to the website you can simply chat to them online instantly when they are available & I have found that very helpful too.

Used them for years with no downtime or major problems at all.

I have experienced previous services where you raise a ticket & it takes them ages to respond to your query or problem, not with Stream Up, they are ace!

I am a long standing customer & will stay with them, service & support is second to none trust me.

Having had 2 previous providers die on us we are more than satisfied with stream up for consistency and help when required. thank you

The software is a little bit confusing to start with because there is so much info but overall i am very pleased .
