Jamieleigh was very helpful on the web chat. I was unsure of the wording for the document I now have full clarification. The web chat is useful on a Saturday as most places are open Monday to Friday.
On Monday i called my insurance company to see what price they would offer and they didn't offer hire and reward so I had to cancel my insurance with a company I have been with for 6 years. The insurance quote from streetcover had doubled in 2 days although I had received a text message 16:30 on Monday to say "your quote is available today" so I tried to pay for the £803 it quoted me but it wouldn't let me pay, it took me back to the homepage and the new price is £1,357.
I have to have insurance.

I took out hiree and reward insurance about a month ago. This company gave me insurance through Accorn insurance acting as agent. After few days this company ask for no clame cirtificate which i email them. After this, accorn insurance started sending me email asking for same thing. I forwarded to them but they wanted it in purticular format. I did that but company said " your insurance no claim cirtificate has no logo on the letter" so they didnt accept it and eventually they didnt renew it after a month. But surpridingly company started giving me text message after cancellation to renrw it or get new quote. It was so much hard work to explain them and holding my phone for hours to get through. I never had so bad experience like this in my 35 years of droving . I am not happy with them at all for right reason.

Spoke to them on the phone very rude staff. Called to clarify some questions regarding quotes but the staff been arrogant . If you can’t be asked to do your job then find a new job instead of making the company look bad. Absolute joke. Terrible customer service.

They gave me the run around massively.
There's no option on their website when filling the form for a quote to inform them of DVLA aware conditions and medically restricted licences.
I web chatted this company before taking out cover to make sure I'd be fine with my DVLA aware medical condition and medical license, i was told this was absolutely fine (which it should be, I've been driving for years and have been told multiple times by providers that medical licenses make no difference to risk, cover or insurance premiums as the DVLA have said I'm absolutely fine to drive)
So i took out the policy, paid for the whole year up front. I read through my policy documents and they said i had to inform them of DVLA aware medical conditions. So just to be on the safe side, i opened another web chat just to make sure I'm still all okay, so the company doesn't try to screw me over incase of a claim.
This time i was told a different story, as soon as you say you have a "restricted licence" to someone clueless, they think you're a freak. Which car insurance cover representatives of ALL PEOPLE should really know more than anyone that a medically restricted licence is perfectly fine and should make absolutely no difference to cover. They rang me up and spoke to me in person, but the clueless person i spoke to decided to cancel my policy, even though i was told originally i was perfectly fine for cover.
So i went with Acorn instead, (who i believe actually own this silly "street cover" company)
I called acorn to arrange my cover and i told the acorn representative right away of my medical license and he straight up said, "it makes no difference to cover."
Basically got discriminated for having a medical license by street cover.
You need to give your staff more training on this and include it in your online policy fill out form so other people like me don't have to go through all this ball ache.
