Never ever waste your money on this instagram page or brand. Just because it looks good and the page looks nice. Don't trust this lady, she faked reviews online on her page in her stories and highlights. She's operating from Bhopal,Madhya Pradesh. What shes actually doing is screen recording stuff from some foreign website or page putting it here and then stitching the same thing in a cheap quality. Explaining you all what actually happened with me-
Now i surfed her page for a day or two and asked her questions regarding sizes and other things she seemed very genuine. Then i placed the order of a orange dress with a jacket retailing for 2300 rupees plus 100 rupees shipping. And obviously I understand these pages on Instagram tend to have only online payment and no COD because I have ordered from other business as well. I texted her and told her yha ti have ordered and to let me know when it is shipped she said ok and later she stopped responding on continuous messaging of 4-5 days she messages back saying it would take about 5 days for delivery I still didn't worry. 10-12 days post that there was no update i kept asking her for the tracking number kept calling he ron Instagram but nothing no response no responsibility. After 20 days of ordering she messages back saying 2-3 days more I still waited. The order didn't reach , I tried reaching her multiple times no response nothing at all. The number she and the mail provided on the site don't even exist she's been scamming all this time. She kept telling me that it was delayed because the courier people are making an issue. She sent me the tracking number 25 days after ordering and the tracking number never existed. After 30 days the order arrived just yesterday and I kid you not the quality the material the colour it is so pathetic so horrible. I don't believe she was showing this on her page. Even the size was not correct. How can one just scam someone like this. The colour of the dress it is so bad, its not of a dirt peach colour and the size I ordered was L and i received I think a XXL or more probably. After this I texted her saying that I want to return this I don't want it so she tells me her policies that out site has rules of no exchange and return. She didn't remember this when the order was supposed to be shipped. Spread this as much don't waste your money. The funny part is her instagram page has completely fake reviews don't trust them I did and fell for it . I'm going to tag her instagram page as well, please block and report her. It is a verified profile be careful
